necesitan entrenar a su personal de front desk.
En general bien. Me hicieron un cargo que no procedía de 17 USD por un room service que no reconozco. Al hacer el checkout no pudieron resolverlo- La persona que estaba en front desk no sabía como manejar esta situación. Tuve que pagar e irme a tomar mi vuelo.

Very pricey. Breakfast is not included. Rooms were dusty. Also, they charged us $5 for a phone charger which we had forgotten to carry with us.

We had a very good stay. It was quiet and clean and we loved that there are “pure” rooms offered. Customer service was excellent. We loved walking around the area. It was peaceful and just perfect after our very busy long weekend.

Very adequate and comfortable room. The bed and comforter were outstanding. We asked for an accessible room and enjoyed the roll-in shower. The breakfasts were outstanding. Even when there was a large conference downstairs we had total quiet in our room.

Was told because it was a weekend there was no one available to provide basic things needed. Additionally requested handicap stool and bed and it was left outside the room in the hallway ans not even brought inside Stay at the Marriott or Hyatt not the Westin

Pool's in rough shape
Overall, the property is nice and our room was very clean. The indoor pool, however, is seriously in bad shape. Mold everywhere you look, crumbling mortar and tiles, piles of dirt in the corners that seemed to suggest the floor had not been vacuumed in years (not being hyperbolic here)! The kicker, however, was me noticing one of the submersible lights in the pool was not attached to its assembly, and dangling out of the socket by an open wire. Underwater. With kids around swimming. Pretty terrifying. That said, the bartenders were class acts and no real issues to report. Well, maybe one: no channels coming in on the TV. I reported to the front desk, they said they'd send an "engineer" to come up and take a look, and nobody ever showed.

The staff was fast and friendly. Princeton is a fine area, so you don't have to worry about safety or noise. It's a typical Westin.
