"Older building but ultra modernized interior. Some floors a little uneven but par for the age of the home. Excellent location, easy communication with host, some instructions about how to operate the thermostat would be helpful for technically challenged seniors like me!! Would stay here again!! "The location is close to Sandbank, and the stars at night were a highlight. Unfortunately, the property was poorly maintained and did not match the advertised pictures. The toilet had orange residue around the rim, the microwave could not be opened, and there was no functioning stovetop or heating element. The window had no blind, with the owner’s backyard directly visible. Most concerning was the strong sour smell throughout the house. The house was also cold with no temperature control....

"It was very clean. Furniture is new IKEA. Plenty of room for 2 people although kitchen and bathroom are very small. Location is on main street of Wellington and is in centre of town a short block away from water. Check-in was easy and communication with host was quick and responsive. "

"Close enough to Sandbanks. On water front if you have the right unit. Oldish accommodations. No counter space in bathroom, small shower. No kettle even though was on the list. No dish rack in kitchen. TV is in bedroom no in living room"
