"The property manager David seems he does not know anything about bookings...gave me a wrong room and wanted to charge me extra 300-400 dllS more to get a better room that I originally had payed for. Washer and dryer did not work and Jacuzzi extra charge 20 dllS more that was included in the amenities of my booking..Never going back again "

"My wife Kathryn & I and our beloved dog Molly were truly at home staying 3 months in the penthouse suite at Casa Playa Baja Resort. We were made to feel so very welcome, Dave and his wonderful team of staff were accommodating and helpful. Olga served us some amazing dinners including octopus fresh from Popotla and Hector makes the best margaritas ever! Our dog Molly was treated with love and we felt very safe at all times. "We booked this as a last minute weekend trip and could not have been happier. It's right on the beach, nicely kept grounds, delightfully friendly dogs, and kind and inviting support staff. The small cantina on site was nice for just realxing at in the afternoon/evening."

"My family and I had an amazing time, the staff was great and helpful."

"The property and house are incredible but the staff is so kind and helpful, making this place special. I will be returning."

"I thought it was a stand alone home but it's not. It was the 3rd story of a building and very narrow dirty and steep stairs took us up which passed strangers sitting and eating on their balcony. Unit didn't have all things for cooking and needed to be rewashed for sure. Don't leave anything on the balcony because it will be gone!"

"I needed a change of scenery and am so happy I found this place!! The house had everything I needed and was extremely comfortable. The views are breathtaking and sleeping and waking up to the sounds of the ocean are worth the price of admission alone!! The staff was so friendly and my dog made a few new friends with the dogs on the property. I can't thank everyone there enough for being so accommodating and making me feel so welcome and safe. Can't wait to get down there again!!"
