"Overpriced hotel with staff who take their misery out on customers. Dirty room, marks on the wall, no fridge in the room, towel wiped marks on the coffee stained spoons in the coffee mugs in the room, no fresh fruit in the (paid) breakfast, flies circling around the breakfast buffet, stale looking ..."

"Another amazing stay at the Lakes Hotel and Spa! We were upgraded on arrival and had a room with a lovely hot tub! We were also picked up in the Bentley as we walked back to the hotel at night time- the staff really can’t do enough for you and the cocktails are amazing!"

"The property was very nice and the location was great but we had a room that had no window. With no air conditioning and being as warm as it was the room was very stuffy. We had to keep the door to the hall open to get air. There was a sky light but it was raining so we could not keep it open. Breakfast ..."
