"Our thanks to Magda for explaining how to use the different codes. Our room was on the first floor, was very clean, had an air conditioning unit and included everything we needed for our two night stay. Our room included a kitchenette with a refrigerator, that actually kept our water cold, microwave, hob and a kettle. There was a wall-mounted television and free WiFi. "Very pleasant stay. Lovely property and staff. Bit of confusion over checkin code but caused purely by generic emails from host. Code given at reception so all very simple.
Only slight negative was the mattress. Could feel springs in places.
Overall a lovely stay at a good price."

"Very well located. Host Harry very responsive. Minor items: One semi-steep flight up, A bit of a lug with a big suitcase. And occasionally you’ll hear a beep beep beep from the street as an automated bollard system would signal as it went down for cars.. Overall - highly recommended."

"Travelled with family. Easy access to lock box outside. Spacious. Lovely 3 bedroom charactered house. Good location. En-suite bedroom on first floor with 4 poster bed with TV. Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! "

"The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised.
The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area.
The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout.
Great powerful shower too.
The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly.
It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating.
Would definitely recommend this...

"Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again."
