"Great location. It was clean for the most part. However there were a lot of gnats which was irritating. It only had one window AC for the entire unit and we were there during a heat wave which didn't help. The AC worked fine, but the unit is probably just a bit too large for a single window AC. Otherwise the unit is as advertised and the landlord was good about keeping in touch and offered recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Overall a good value for the cost and it is a short...

"Lovely house with easy access to drive to Preque Isle park or downtown, easy parking. It was spacious and clean, and we loved the list of recommendations the host had left, although sadly didn't have time to try many as we were only stopping through for a night. The hosts were super responsive, kind and accommodating."

"Love the location (so close to the lake), beautifully updated and decorated. Love the new parking pad and front porch. Nice backyard seating as well. Communication was excellent. She let me know I could check in a hour early because the house was ready. This is my third stay here and plan on staying next summer as well. That says it all :)"

"This cute little cottage was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and our small dog. The location was perfect for us as we spent our time in Presque Isle. It is right beside Waldameer, but we were not disturbed by any loud noise. Enjoyed the evening fireworks. We will definitely stay here again."

"The home itself was clean, nicely remodeled, and well-equipped with the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However, I found parts of the listing very misleading. The photos prominently feature the beach, and the description states that the property is "just steps from Kelso Beach." While the property is near the lake, there is no direct beach access from the home. Reaching Kelso Beach requires about a 20-minute walk through a residential neighborhood. The listing also mentions watching...

"We LOVED it here!! Awesome location, clean, good price, and it has everything you need for a great stay in Erie. The beds were super comfy, wide open living room, both bedrooms were just right with ample closet space. Gally kitchen fully equipped with basics. Oasis Bar and grill is on the same street so that's perfect. The private access to Kelso beach is a bonus, however it's not quite walking distance but has guest parking available. "This property was well suited for our first visit to Erie. The apartment is clean, bright, and had plenty of space for us and our dog. Admittedly, we didn't take advantage of the two TVs or cooking (we did a lot of exploring / outdoor time). The furniture was comfortable and the large bed was relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood is quiet and the short walk to a park and ice cream stand was a treat. Melody is quick to respond to any questions or to offer assistance and check-in/-out...
