Gorgeous Patio

What a great location! Close to Whiskey Row. Cute studio with a gorgeous patio that we could enjoy at night. Lots of extras like cards, snacks, books. We loved it!

Adorable Casita

My wife and I spent 5 weeks in this amazing home. I'm handicapped and there were no stairs to navigate for entry into the home, this place was perfect for me. The location was perfect for making day trips out to see the gorgeous Arizona sights. It is located very close to Prescott's historic city center with great restaurants. Steven and Coco were wonderful hosts, greeting us with a welcome basket of snacks when we arrived. Fresh towels and linens were always available and Coco was so kind to check with us before coming over with fresh supplies. It rained one day during our stay so we watched TV -- regular, satellite, Netflix, etc. Steven really wired the Casita for lots of TV choices. The wifi worked very well without any interruptions. We really enjoyed our vacation time in Prescott and we give it our highest recommendation for anyone interested in a visit.

We loved our stay!! Everything was amazing. This Casita exceeded our expectations. It was so cute, charming and very cozy! The owners were more than accommodating. Everything we needed was right there!! We will definitely stay there every time we visit Prescott!

Pleasant stay in the Casita

We enjoyed our stay in the Casita! Very nicely furnished and well stocked. Exactly as described in the listing and photos. Close to Whiskey Row and downtown-we were able to walk to dinner and a concert. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Colorful, restful, quaint

Loved this colorful casita & darling patio. Bathroom needs a vent fan. Somewhat lack of privacy between main house and casita. A taller fence would be a nice addition. Wasn’t sure of the surrounding neighborhood at first. Never felt unsafe. A new house was being built on the street, so that’s positive. Met Steven, very kind. Coco & Steven were very communicative & ready to assist if a need were to arise. Had good sleep all 5 nights. Quiet street.

A Very Cute Casita

This property was described accurately in its listing and was just what I was looking for in a week long vacation. It was close to the courthouse plaza and many restaurants and businesses. One of its best features was the outside patio area which had beautiful lighting in the evening. The hosts were welcoming yet respected my privacy. I appreciated the snacks in the fridge as well as the fresh fruit. I would gladly stay here again.

Comfy cozy casita!

It is conveniently located a short walk to Prescott center. It is an older neighborhood and some homes definitely could use some attention however it is very quiet and we never felt unsafe so don’t let that throw you!! Steve and Coco were very friendly and helpful. The casita is clean and roomy and the outdoor covered patio was a wonderful place to read or just talk. Wewould definitely rent it again!

We loved this AWESOME casita! It is walking distance to EVERYTHING. It was a relaxing 2 nights. If it was available another night we really would like to have stayed. This definitely is number 1 on our list for a wonderful get away from Phoenix. Thank you Coco and Steven for sharing your cute casita with us😍. I would give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟

Simply Perfection

This Little Casita is absolutely Perfection. You couldn’t ask for more in a Vacation Rental. Super Clean, Fully equipped.... even with “extras”. Fresh Treats and snacks provided upon your arrival. The owners are so easy to communicate with and super respectful of your privacy. Great location. A short stroll to the Square and Steps from the Granite creek trail. Close to restaurants, Shops and Whiskey Row. We so Love Prescott. Although I am bias as it was Home for us for many years. I always say it’s the prettiest town in Northern Arizona. I Highly recommend this property .

Thoughtful touches and great location

This casita is clean, has a great location and is just the right amount of space for two people. We were pleased with all the thoughtful extras and special touches that the owners of this property provide; nothing was overlooked. The bed was comfortable, appliances were nice and the place had a pleasant artsy vibe. Will book again when in Prescott.

Sweet accommodations. Lots of visual interest besides the TV. Artwork abounds, inside and out. Plenty of information about things to do in Prescott and surrounding area. Attention to details was appreciated. I would go back in a heart beat.

Oasis

Such a respite traveling from vegas to tucson, we stayed on the return. Restaurants within walking distance, hiking trails, plenty to choose from. (Hint: Try Bill's Grill) Steven and Coco, thank you for being so helpful, hope to stay again in the future.

Cute Casita within walking distance of the action

Very cute place! Really enjoyed the snacks they left. Lots of little touches like a beautifully set table, nice patio for relaxing, and small heater in bathroom for cold mornings. Owners are very nice and helpful. Nice binder with recommendations for places to eat and things to do.
