The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. "4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location. "

Didn't get to see inside the hall itself, as another event on as New Years Eve. Bar in the main hotel a little quiet at midnight, but that wasn't the hotels fault, just the guests if they had gone to bed!- as there was a DJ. Drinks at a price to be expected in a hotel. Didn't eat as room only for one night, so can't comnent on food. Same...

"The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling.Most of the staff were great."
