"Numa had the wrong mobile number for me so its text with the check-in code was returned undelivered. However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room. However, their rep at the hotel was amazing - very calm, patient and considerate and could not have done more for us. Once we had access, our room was really lovely, clean, airy and well-furnished. "Our apartment we stayed at for a week in Berlin was clean and comfortable and in an interesting area. It was very quiet and had two balconies. We were so happy that there was a lift so our jet- lagged bodies didn’t have to drag heavy suitcases up stairs. There is a Vietnamese restaurant and a pizza place a few doors away which were both delicious. A joke away from home."
