"Not so nice experience in the beginning but gets better after that. Disappointed that there are no 1. welcome email prior to arrival 2. not even a welcome card from the resort GM. More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. The front desk staff claimed that only villa guest will be entitled a GEM as there are more than 100 rooms in the property to cope with.
