The house comprises a comfortable living room with lounge area, a dining space and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and multi-function food processor. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the living space.



On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms:

On the ground floor:

- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (2x90x190)

- Bedroom 3: a single bed (90x190)

Upstairs:

- Bedroom 4: dormitory with 4 modular single beds (90x190)



Two independent bathrooms with WC are located on the ground floor.



You will be able to secure your bicycles on the property grounds. Although there are no private parking spaces, you will find free parking spaces on the street in front of the house.
