Staff did their job. I only needed minimal interaction. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t visit the breakfast area because breakfast was offered at the meeting I was attending.

The shower had a lot of stains and the floor looked very dirty and gross. Towel bar broke when pulling off the hand towel. Bed was clean. No dirty laundry bag. Reserved king, checked in under king, when we opened the door it was two queens. We checked in and dropped our bags, when we came back from dinner our room key didnt work. We had to go to the front desk and the lady gave us a hard time asking "was this the room you were assigned at check in?" Like we were criminals trying to break in. Coffee in the lobby was never fresh or hot.

Nice hotel.
The breakfast was great. Lady who takes care if the breakfast was super friendly. Elevator shocked my daughter then 5 mins later we were stuck in the elevator for 10mins. The pet fee on Hotels.com says $20 but hotel charged $75. General Manager Keith was a nightmare refusing to give me receipt even though we paid at hotel. I had been given a receipt at checkout but lost it on our trip. Hotel was nice just not happy about pet fee and how manager handled my questions. Still never got another copy of the receipt.

No power, no refund, no customer service
The following is no fault at all of the hotel property. We were in a massive blizzard, the hotel lost power and we were unable to check in or stay at the hotel. Hotels.com will not issue a refund and that’s extremely disappointing. Of course, there is no customer service to speak with other than a “Virtual Agent” that is little to no help at all.

Very poor
Motel was very noisy heater made ticking noise broken chair alarm clock did not work tub was stained lamps were broken Bath had black mold near tub also bath was dirty. Bed was good however noise kept us awake. Won’t stay there again. Choice Hotels are much better

Great value for nights sleep during long drive! Some parts of walls being repaired, drain in tub drained very slow. Staff friendly, good breakfast.

Clean , remodeling . Was a mis communication about my room. Paid for a king, was issued "key" for a room, had problem getting in... Someone else was there. Wrong room number was on key sleeve. Been charged $20 ... We will see if it's refunded.

Handicapped room needs remodeling
I was in room 102. Except for the bathroom, the amenities were fine and I think the average handicapped person could manage. The bathroom would be a different story. The tub/shower would be a problem for a single person with mobility issues. Getting into the tub could be a problem for starters. Consider adding vertical bars at the back and front of the tub. The shower head should be smaller to make it easier to handle. Also, the hose is far too short especially for a person sitting on the bench at the back of the shower. At the sink and by the toilet there should also be bars.for a handicapped person in a wheelchair to assist in getting out of it on to the stool or to use the sink.

Property is fine. Staff is fine. It's an average hotel. No complaints, nothing special either. It was under renovation, and the rooms have nicer beds and furniture than older HIs. Once renovation is complete, it will be the nicest one in town.

WORST NIGHTMARE!!!
The hotel was in need of updates, but not DURING the flipping night!! They had construction workers on the 4th floor working all through the night we stayed. I called and went to the front desk multiple times that night to voice my concerns and nothing ever happened. My daughter had surgery early the next morning and she only got a couple hours of sleep that night. Shower was dirty, floors were dirty.. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Also almost got stuck on the elevator on our way out the door EARLY after no sleep my husband had to pry the doors open. AWFUL experience!

The place was under construction but that did not bother us. What really bothered us was the curtains wouldn’t block out the street lights that flooded our room with light all night. There was a sheer panel that closed all the way, but, that did nothing for the bright lights shining in the window. We was in room 310. I would not recommend this hotel.

Wouldn’t stay here again.. the room / bed was clean, for the most part. Permanent stains in shower/tub.. the rest of the hotel was in need of repair, had water damaged sheetrock that had been painted over, and was overall dirty, in need of update and care!

Could have been better
We were in Pratt for a family funeral. One family tried to reserve a room with you. But the price was more than twice what we paid. So they had to go elsewhere. Sad we couldn't be together. We were also concerned we would be trapped in elevator with issues.

It was just ok
There was a nasty ripped up chair in our room that we couldn’t sit on. Lots of areas in room/hotel missing parts or trim on walls, etc. Looked a bit run down. Bed was comfortable!
