"Olga and her father were very communicative. I had several questions as we were coming from the US for a European vacation and were uncertain about Treviso. As Olga conveyed all the necessary information and then some, she made our family's stay very free of worry. "Enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was opening bedroom blinds to see complex garbage cans right outside the bedroom window. Couldn’t really open window for the same reason. Water heater upgrade recommended. Hot water runs out pretty fast with one person's shower. You have to wait awhile for water to warm for the next person to shower. Host was very nice and super sweet. Unit was very clean and smelled good. "
