  • The villa is a charming ancient building completely modernized, pleasantly exposed to the sun and with a splendid breathtaking view of the pristine adjacent sea, the very comfortable beds are suitable for a number of five people. From the villa you will enjoy a wonderful view and breathe the scents of the coast of (URL HIDDEN) villa is spread over a total space of about 100 square meters. It has a large and habitable private terrace overlooking the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and heating. The villa is located in a pedestrian area, in the eighteenth-century historic center of Praiano, pearl of the Amalfi coast, about 100 meters from a super-supplied grocery store and from the local bus stop. You can choose your favorite among a wide choice of restaurants about 1 km away and a charming village with a beach equipped with bathing establishments, boat and dinghy rental etc. about 1. 5 km. You will reach the villa from the parking area going up a public walkway of approximately 100 meters with a pleasant stairway of approximately 66 stairway steps. During your stay you will not be obliged to use your car to stay.

So beautiful!

We had a a wonderful stay in this villa. AnnaMaria was an amazing host and she has a beautiful garden she shared with us. She gave us restaurant recommendations and beach ideas. We loved the IL Playa Beach Club if you want to be on the water for a day. Would love to come back!

Anna Maria was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was easy to get to either by cab or walking . Anna Marita was very helpful with helping make arrangements for drivers and activities- lovely lady. Great place, great time!

AnnaMaria is lovely and wonderful to work with. Her property is very clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Outdoor patio is gorgeous with amazing views. Many things are in walking distance but just be aware there are many steps involved. The bus is very easy to use and there is a bus stop near the apartment.

Restful gem from the crowds

Loved the floorplan and large outside space! It was so lovely to retreat back here after the crowds in Capri and Positano.

Step back in time with this beautiful property overlooking the Mediterranean!

We loved every minute of our stay at this villa! We stopped at the little market every morning for fresh food, then spent the day exploring before we came back to cook up a delicious meal! Antoinette was so lovely to work with, and helpful when we had a medical need. Highly recommend! !

Beautiful apartment in Praiano!

This was a wonderful experience! The location of the apartment was perfect with many restaurants, grocery, and places to go and see. The view from the terrace was amazing and a wonderful space to have lunch or lay out enjoying the beautiful weather. Annamaria is an amazing hostess and provided so much support in planning prior to our trip and even more once we arrived. I cannot show our appreciation enough for how wonderful it was to meet her and stay in her lovely home. We will definitely visit again and stay here too!

Amazing Amalfi location

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Annamaria’s villa. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. The villa is exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures.

Amazing Stay

Amazing villa, perfect place for 2 couples. We took the bus to Positano and Amalfi and walked to restaurants around town. Annamaria was wonderful and easy to work with.

Amazing location, wonderful hosts, beautiful views

Our stay at Annamaria’s home was nothing short of wonderful! She was an amazing host, the location was central in Praiano, and the restaurants were outstanding. The view from the terrace was truly magical and we miss having coffee there every morning! There is a great market, bus stop, restaurants and parking nearby. Annamaria helped us with reservations for a boat day (which was our favorite!), recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and arranged for a parking pass for us for the week. The town of Praiano is quiet and friendly-this is a true community and we felt lucky to have been able to experience it. We loved everything about our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing, just like the reviews!!

This place was a dream and AnnaMaria was a wonderful host! We LOVED our stay. It was an absolutely beautiful villa with amazing views. Everything we hoped for and more. But if you bring a car you will have to pay a lot for parking fyi.

Stay in Praiano

I had a wonderful stay at Annamaria's home with my husband and two young adult daughters. The house has a lovely terrace and beautiful view. Annamaria was so friendly and helpful, she made us feel right at home. Praiano is so beautiful and not as busy as Amalfi or Positano. We had excellent meals in the restaurant and were able to get fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and more at the mini market right down the road. There is a local bus stop very close to the apartment which is super convenient. We also hiked the Path of the Gods right from our doorstep (lots and lots of stairs) but so worth it! If you are looking for a place to stay in Praiano, you can't go wrong if you book this home!

Lovely getaway place, comfortable, amazing view peaceful

This was a very special place - beautifully decorated, patio has the most amazing few. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to local bus stop 15, and not too many stairs from there :). Anna Maria was great to work with and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Praiano.

Just lovely

We were fortunate enough to have found Anna Maria’s beautiful apartment. Her lovely hospitality was exceptional. We had a wonderful time and she was beyond helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and the lanai is incredible. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect place to explore the Amalfi coast

Very nice and spacious apartment. Annamaria was fantastic and very helpful. Picturesque setting that is better than the pictures! This made our first trip to Italy a memorable one!

Charming with beautiful views!

Although it was quite rainy during our stay, we loved the comfortable villa, village of Praiano, and the Amalfi coast. Annamaria was wonderful with her suggestions of local things to do and how to get around. Our group really enjoyed dining on the villa’s covered patio with the exquisite views! Thank you for making our trip special, Annamaria, we will be back!

Praiano Paradise

Annamaria was the perfect host, she communicated clearly and was very prompt with responses. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, with our favorite part being the patio. The perfect place for a nap on the hammock, playing cards, or eating dinner. 10/10 experience!

Views and Climbs!!

Annamaria was amazing! She greeted us and then made a magnificent feast along with her partner— to celebrate our friends’ 40th anniversary! Felt so pampered! We hiked the Path of the Gods and felt a real sense of accomplishing a challenge! We slept well and LOVED every second on the amazing terrace

We didn't want to leave!

Incredible property in a perfect location. Annamaria was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in her home. The backyard/garden/patio is the absolute best part! I was able to pick fresh tomatoes from the garden! We can't wait to stay at this property again and next time for longer.
