Located in Praiano, just 300 meters from Gavitella Beach, Villa Armonia is an elegant Mediterranean residence that combines the traditional character of the Amalfi Coast with contemporary comfort. Surrounded by a private garden and overlooking the sea, the villa offers large indoor and outdoor spaces in one of the most peaceful settings on the coast.
The interiors recall the local style through traditional tiled floors, bathrooms covered with Vietri ceramics and elegant lacquered doors. The large living and dining area opens directly onto a large panoramic terrace with outdoor dining area under a shaded pergola, while a fully equipped kitchen completes the main rooms.
Villa Armonia can accommodate up to 6 people in four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upper floor houses a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, together with a single bedroom. Downstairs there is a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional single bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor spaces are developed between well-kept gardens and a private lemon grove with a barbecue area. A panoramic infinity pool with hydromassage is surrounded by areas dedicated to relaxation and sun, while an outdoor area dedicated to massages offers a quiet environment surrounded by the garden. The property also has a private tennis court, completing the spaces dedicated to leisure in the Mediterranean setting.
