El hotel no me dio ningún servicio vip y además me cobro 30 euros por el Estacionamiento de un día y nunca me comentó al registrarme del precio del estacionamiento en otros hoteles y en zona centro me han cobrado 16 euros , si he sabido el precio lo dejo en otro estacionamiento, muy mal por el hotel

Dear Arturo, thank you very much for your visit as well as for this honest feedback. The cost for parking is 800 CZK / night in our hotel, which is approximately 30 EUR. When booking executive room, there is 50% discount. Price of parking is stated on all online channels as well as on 3 places in the garages. We also try our very best to inform about the cost at the front desk in case the guests tell us that they are parking. I apologize for this misunderstanding. Muy buen hotel,
El hotel está fenomenal, las habitaciones son muy amplias y nuevas. Está en una buena zona pero algo lejos del centro.

Gran hotel pero mejorable ubicación para turistas
Gran hotel con espaciosas y modernas habitaciones. El desayuno también está muy bien. El único pero es que no está en el centro.

Great reaction by guest relations
During my check in there was a bomb threat on the mall aside the hotel and due to the inconvenience they gave me a free upgrade.

Excelente ubicación y servicio.
A media cuadra de la estación Andel donde puedes encontrar metro y autobuses. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar en las noches.

Excelente Hotel
El hotel es excelente, muy bien ubicado, por el precio que pagué pensaría que es un hotel 3 estrellas pero con la calidad de uno de 5. Lo único fue un servicio más bien pobre, pero es algo que noté en la mayoría de los Checos, tienen poca actitud de servicio. El hotel merece un 10 pero la actitud de los empleados un 4.

This is a great location, walkable to multiple stops for public transportation purposes. Many restaurants and shops nearby including a pharmacy around the corner. The hotel itself is nice, spacious. Staff very friendly. Breakfast on point. Great selection of juices, fruits, pastries and teas. One day it rained us and they provided us with umbrellas. If given the chance, I would repeat.

Très bien, parfait pour un petit séjour à Prague. Pas loin de l’aéroport (20-25 mins en Uber). Pas mal de restaurants à proximité. Accessible à pieds de centre ville. À côté du métro, tram et bus. Un petit déjeuner hors compétition.

Great place to stay for the weekend! In a part of the city that was calmer which was very nice at night but still close enough to city center which made the experience extremely pleasant!

Great hotel but too hot!
Excellent hotel in almost every respect with extremely helpful staff. Room was very hot, air con had little effect and window locked, which made it difficult to sleep. A kettle in the room would be good. Location good with plenty of local restaurants.

カビだと思いますが、部屋にいるとだんだん目がしばしばして鼻水が出てきました。うたた寝をしたら喉がイガイガして倦怠感と吐き気がしました。なぜかベッドが3つあり、別のベッドで寝たら少しおさまったのでハウスダストとかかなと思いましたが、朝、用意していたら、かすかに頭痛と筋肉痛と胸焼けが始まったのですぐにチェックアウトしました。時間が経つとともにひどくなり、9時間たってもなかなか治らないので、症状を軽く見ないで部屋を変えて貰えばよかったです。でも他の部屋も同じだったらどうしようと思ったら怖くて言えませんでした。部屋はオシャレでタオルはおっさんの臭いもなく清潔だったので残念です。

However, with the symptoms that you are mentioning, I would definitely recommend to see the doctor, in order not to neglect anything. Schönes Hotel und super Zimmer. Besonders gut fand ich, dass es keinen Teppich hatte, sondern einen sehr schönen sauberen holzfussboden.

The shower door seals need to be replaced. Water covers a large area of the bathroom which is unpleasant. The room itself was very nice and comfortable :)

朝飯食べて部屋帰ったら、部屋の掃除されていた。 チェックアウトは12時なのに9時に朝飯から帰ると勝手に入られて掃除していた、貴重品や荷物はもっていたので、難を逃れたが、これで盗難とかあると責任とってくれるのだろうか不安になる。　他の評価はいいが。そこだけダメなのでおすすめはしません。
