Outstanding in every respect. Sara and team were very responsive and proactive. Beautiful old building with renovated apartment. Wow! Lovely presentation - flowers, art-folded towels, and more. Location on main square was also fantastic. Kudos to the team

Great location! Modern and everything worked and so clean. Spacious and comfortable beds. Heating worked well for chilly December trip. Christmas market right outside the door. Perfect holiday stay.

Amazing stay.
We had a great trip, the apartment was in a great location, right on the doorstep of the Christmas market and shops. It was clean and just what we needed for a couple of nights. The balcony was decorated and lit for Christmas which added extra to the Christmassy trip. There was great communication and easy to find/ check in. We would definitely return.

Great apartment in. Great location
Lovely little apartment in a great location. Had Sara’s phone no, and that of the taxi driver David beforehand which helped a lot. Hotels.com comms are very poor. The virtual’ assistant is hopeless.

What a fantastic stay!
What a fantastic place! The size, comfort, cleanliness, communication! Top notch, The place is like no other, a full apartment for you in the heart of Prague, the staff who we didn’t no encounter only via hotel.com was able to provide everything we asked for! And talk about affordable!

So happy we found this apartment. Location was central for ease of sightseeing. It has an outside patio deck that has a view. It was quiet and comfortable.

Great place to stay
This was a wonderful apartment. It overlooks the square and in walking distance of everything. We loved sitting at table in the morning having coffee before heading out. It has all the amenities you need. Had a great time and would definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful location. We had a beautiful view from the window. The area is quiet, safe and close to all activities. The apartment is very well kept. The communication with management of the building was easy. They responded with recommendations quickly. They also have a driver that will pick you up and drop you off at either the airport or train station.

Super schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schönes Zimmer sowie toller Ausblick vom Zimmer. Kim war sehr nett. Hat uns wertvolle Tipps fürs Sightseeing gegeben. Außerdem war sie so nett und hat im Vorfeld Blumen für mich besorgt (meine Freundin hatte Geburtstag). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir wieder mal in Prag sind werden wir definitiv wieder hier nächtigen.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location
The apartment was perfect for us and our son. It was so convenient for the Old Square, and indeed all the main sights. It was very quiet and really well appointed. Little touches like salt, pepper, oil, kitchen roll, coffee, tea and milk were much appreciated.

The location is perfect! Literally few steps to the square, bars, restaurants and stores right there for you. Spotless clean! Home feeling! Kim is very helpful and available. Oh my, and the driver arranged to pick me up from the airport, what a gentleman!! Full service! I would give 10 starts

Хочется придраться, а не к чему. Старая площадь в 10 метрах, отлично отремонтированное более чем столетнее здание, лифт, читстая студия, с хорошим матрасом и неплохим бельём, приличная сантехника, а терраса, на которой не только можно посидеть с бокалом чего-нибудь, а ещё и послушать орган собора, до которого кажется можно дотянуться. Крайне рекомендую! Невидимая Ким и реальная Сара были более чем гостеприимны.

From contact pre arrival and on departure to travel support, we could not fault the service provided. The apartment is perfectly positioned to the square but without any issue of noise.

Lovely apartment - clean and comfortable and with a fantastic view! The apartment is in a brilliant location - right in the old town square and a 1 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock. The apartment is also right in front of a bus stop where you can get on the hop on hop off tours around Prague. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made sure we settled in and prompted us to contact them should we need them for anything. I will definitely return to this apartment when I return to Prague!

Das Haus liegt direkt am Altstädter Platz, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Appartment ist super, Abends auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen, ist ein Traum. Die nette Kim hat uns empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
