Die Ferienwohnung habe ich zum zweiten Mal besucht, diesmal mit meinen Enkeln. Auch dafür ist sie sehr gut geeignet. Die liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem sehr zentral. In zehn Minuten ist man mitten im Zentrum.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague. We preferred it to Vienna where we stayed during the same holidays, and the flat and its location were a huge part of that. It's in an upscale neighbourhood with gorgeous buildings, clean streets and a great vibe. The flat is all that as well. There's a bakery accross the street, the metro and a grocery store very close. Transportation system in Prague is very convenient with so many trams. We received a warm welcome from the host, and appreciated all the information provided.

Lovely flat, great area and friendly hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s flat! The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We loved staying in this neighbourhood with a lot of cafes and restaurants they were able to recommend to us.We were greeted by Vlad (Marina’s son) who was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great Location

Great Location, the arrival process was great. Owner's son in law was fantastic. He showed us how to use everything and how to get around on the subway. Place was very clean. The keys are a little tricky so make sure you pay attention on which key turns which way as well as push or pull. Over all the place was great with lots of room.

Amazing Location and Hosts

I absolutely loved staying here! The location is amazing, and the area is beautiful. You can walk or take the metro to big sites. Marina and her son were so helpful and organized. The check in process was smooth, and they gave great recommendations for places to go in town. They took greater care of me. And the apartment is spacious and super clean. I’m definitely coming back!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location

Quiet,extremely clean apartment and well equipped.Perfect for a visit to beautiful Prague.The host Marina and her son Vlad were extremely accomodating and helpful. I absolutely loved staying here!

This is by far one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed at. Marina and her son went above & beyond to make me feel welcome, upon arrival. The apartment is adorable...very cozy, clean & comfortable. The bathtub is wonderful! I had a nice hot bath every night. The neighbourhood is lovely...safe & beautiful with plenty of grocery stores, cafe's, restaurants & pubs around. And a gorgeous big park right down the street! The apartment is only a short metro ride (10 min) to the heart of old town Prague, Charles Bridge, etc. I highly recommend this apartment...and will stay there again myself again for sure!

Beautiful apartment near the park

Our family of four absolutely loved this apartment! The owner, Marina, was so communicative and helpful which started things off wonderfully! The apartment itself if beautiful, modern, and so clean. It is in a wonderful neighbourhood near a great park and not too long a walk to downtown. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Prague. Thank you Marina!

Perfect Stay

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for three nights and had a comfortable stay. The apartment is big and lovely - extremely clean bathroom, kitchen, linens and towels. We had all the amenities needed to cook and make coffee, and the beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. The apartment looks like the photos and is great! Marina and her son Vlad were kind, welcoming, responsive and helpful from the moment I booked the apartment to the point of check-out. Marina is very communicative, providing guidance on how to get to the apartment and information that is important for the stay (including a list of great restaurants, grocery stores, etc.). The neighborhood is great, with loads of nice cafes (e.g. Le Boheme) and places to eat. There is a beautiful park right by the apartment with a view overlooking the city. It neither feels crowded or touristy in this area, and instead is calm and beautiful. Highly recommend staying at Marina's apartment.

Would stay again

It was a great apartment in a beautiful location. However, there are 3 sets of stairs that are required to maneuver, even with the elevator. Marina’s son helped us upon arrival and departure, which was so kind. I only mention this because we would have had a difficult time without help. The subway station close to the house is currently under construction until October. We discovered a short ride on tram 11 will take you to the Flora subway station, which is an easy fix. Marina was very attentive and her son Vlad explained everything in detail to us upon check-in. We enjoyed the location which is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to eat. There is a small grocery store at the end of the street and a park across the street. We would definitely stay there again…with smaller suitcases!!! We had a 3am taxi ride to the airport the next day and because of the luggage situation, being unable to manage with the stairs we needed to book a hotel room for our final night. For this reason I have given some 4/5 ratings.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es bestand stets ein freundlicher Kontakt zu Marina. Schon im Vorfeld erhielten wir viele nützliche Informationen. Die Gegend ist zentrumsnah, aber trotzdem ruhig. Mit der Straßenbahn ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants mit typischer tschechischer Küche. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Städtereise

Prag ist eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist so central, dass man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut und schnell an alle wichtigen Orte kommen kann. Bloß nicht mit dem Auto herkommen! Das ist viel zu teuer und überflüssig. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Besitzer freundlich und hilfsbereit, ortsnahe Geschäfte und tolle Restaurants jeder Nationalität machenden Aufenthalt hier sehr angenehm. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden diese Wohnung auch Freunden und Verwandten empfehlen.
