creo que le falta aseo; hacia un nido de arañas entre las cortinas encima o al lado del sofa cama; no hubo forma de poder lavar ropa y el horario de recepcion es bastante irregular

Dear Federico, thank you for your feedback and issue with cleaning, its a pity you didnt report we could check and fix that immediately. We have common laundry in the basement guest can use anytime, as for reception we have more residences so we might be somewhere else thats why we are always on the phone to help our guests.

Las habitaciones grandes, modernas y agradables. Están insonorizadas, cosa necesaria ya que algunas tienen la parada de tranvías justo debajo de la ventana. Lo malo, solo limpian una vez por estancia, en nuestro caso el día anterior a irnos.

Cerca de la estación de metro, lo único que no nos gustó fue que el check in lo tuvimos que hacer en la calle de atrás y no había más que un pequeño letrero indicando el nombre, por lo demás agradable. No había café o té, solo la jarra.

The location was good.l, very close to public transportation. There were a lot of chives for restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Rooms were big. However, The rooms were not really cleaned. There were some kind of crumbs on the stove top upon our arrival. There was No paper towel, which was inconvenient. The laundry service was available but we were told that it cost 8 euro, which is a bit steep in my opinion. The ambient was not quiet. We could not only hear noise from the street but also within the building.

Let me first apologize for not the apartment being clened as you would like to, its a pitty you didnt contact us immediatelly as we would have fixed that right away. Our Residence is in the city of Prague which is convenient as everything is close but of course on the other hand it is a city which is a bit noisy so you can hear noises on the street as in every capital city. As for laundry, yes there is a small fee 8 but it is to used washing machine, drying machine, there is also powder and everything. Hope you will visit us again and we will do our best to provide better service next time. With best regards,

I wished they have maid service
The location is great. Walking distance to many places. Right next to the transportation hub. However, I have to mention about the cleanness. The room is very clean when we checked in. But there are no maid service throughout our staying. We stayed for a week and by the 3 days, the room started to get dusty. We had to ask for new towels. The hotels has washers and dryers but it can takes several hours to wash and dry a small load of clothes.

Very bright living room, nice view, good water pressure, big terrace. Beautiful building, close to public transport. Firm matrasses and good pillows. Many nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Ironing is possible and there is a hairdryer. It’s a 30 minutes walk to Prague 1. Points of concern; - we only recieved one key for the apartment so there was no possibility going out alone - there was no separate second bedroom as we expected - the second bed had no night light or power next to it - the fully equipped kitchen had no coffee machine or scissors - bathroom had a typical smell - very uncomfortable and slightly dangerous way of stepping on and of the terrace. You have to make a huge step and big window door to the terrace closes unexpectedly fast. I seriously injured my thumb closing it the first evening. - the bedroom curtains are pretty but the room is extremely light from early morning on - something to create shade on the terrace would be very convenient - no streaming options on the tv

Staffs are wonderful and helpful, location is convenient. Bedroom and bathroom doors can’t close properly. Using laundry and dryer is a challenge because some guests just leave the laundry in the machine for many hours and we could not use the laundry facilities for over 4 hours at night.

Excellent facilities and customer service.
We were booked into a single two bedroom apartment, but at the last minute we’re moved into two, incredibly spacious, one bedroom apartments. These were also located next door to each other. Overall very happy with the apartments. The only issue was that the net curtains were quite dirty, but I can easily see how this would have been overlooked in general overnight cleaning. The apartments are also in a great location. Just south of Wenceslas Sq and very close to trams and 2 metro stations. 9/10

Great location, spacious, well equipped apartments. I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. I think the cleaning is a bit worse than in the past (dusty floors etc.), but overall a great place stay. I think if the cleaning standard can be picked up again - this really is a great value and you are right in the city centre, within walking distance to many places..

Home living!
We had European stops and was looking forward to staying more like home. It was beyond our expectations. Opted for airport transfer(highly recommend, airport is 30mins) door to door service. Check in was a little tricky, but communication was helpful. (Hopefully did not get charged twice?) great location, tram and metro right around the corner. Wolt food delivery service was handy when we wanted to eat in. Bohemian Cafe down the street was excellent for coffee and pastries. Great vibe! This is on the outer edge of New Town, attractions were 15-20 mins travel time. Easy!! Only negative we lost power for about 10 mins. Definitely will stay here again! The apartment is huge! Family of 3 adults. Highly recommend!!
