Spacious living room, bedroom with comfortable kingsize bed, fully equipped kitchen. Common rooftop terrace and sauna are available in the building.
There is spacious living room with comfortable sitting area and smart TV, connected well-planned, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. There is also walk in wardrobe in the bedroom. There is another separate toilet accessible from the hallway and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Common rooftop terrace and sauna are available in the building.

As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).

Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.

Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00/10pm until 7:00am.
