  • Look down to the garden cafe from the private terrace while partaking of a BBQ lunch. Inside, brew espressos and cappuccinos via the advanced De'Longhi machine, to sip while watching Netflix, and browsing the original art from the family collection.
    Enjoy large, comfortable and quiet apartment in very heart of Prague for up to 7 persons, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and great terrace.
    There's plenty to see right on the doorstep, such as the Langhans house next door, complete with a cafe and gallery. Head across the road to the Lucerna Palace, which houses 2 cinemas. Bars and restaurants are also nearby on this busy street.
    Historic house, quiet place in the garden, overseeing nice cafe, historical building, private washer/dryer, Netflix TV, high speed WiFi.

We loved being able to retreat to this spacious and peaceful spot after long days of exploring the area. Location was perfect- walkable to train station and Old Town and countless restaurants nearby.Beds were super comfy.

Ondrej was an excellent host. We were met at the entrance and shown around the apartment. He gave us recommendations for eating out, travelling around the city and the best places to visit. He answered all our texts quickly and in a friendly way. The apartment was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. It is located perfectly and tucked away which we loved. We will definitely book again and highly recommend Ondrej's lovely apartment.

Staying at this apartment right by the Kino theater in Prague was an amazing experience. The location couldn’t be better, being just a two-minute walk from a very central area. The apartment is accessed through a very secure two-door entry system from a restaurant, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. There is a short walk up a few stairs to reach the apartment, but once inside, it’s absolutely worth it. The space is both cozy and surprisingly spacious, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city which is literally right outside the front door.

Amazing apartment in an ideal location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Very spacious and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in Prague. Ondřej was very helpful and responsive to questions. When we come back to Prague we would love to stay here again!

Perfect apartment in the perfect location.

Excellent in every way. Spotless and spacious, very well equipped with generous supplies of necessary products. Comfy bed and big bathrooms. Washing machine and dishwasher added bonuses. And extremely well located to explore all that beautiful Prague has to offer.

Exceeded expectations

The place looks even better in person. We were stunned by the large rooms, high ceilings and great layout. The antique furniture and decor perfectly compliments Prague’s vibe, gives you insight how life was before the 20th century and how beautiful and peaceful city life can be. Highly recommend this place

Quirky Flat in Great Locale

Really enjoyed the quaint, quirky nature of the flat- gave a real feeling for living in Prague. Easy 20 min walk to Central Station as well as to Old Town. Enjoyed the evenings on the large patio and the quiet neighborhood at night.

Great location

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. We ate at the restaurant downstairs twice, as the food was so good and fresh. The apartment was amply furnished and worked well for our needs. Thanks Ondrej

Fabulous apartment in a great location

What a great apartment and in a perfect location. Super comfy beds, kitchen equipped very well for cooking and Ondrej responded very quickly to my texts. Once you learn the layout of the city everything is in 20 mins walking distance. I recommend this apartment highly from the easy check in, location and the helpfulness of Ondrej.

Apartment over Gardens Restaurant

The property was as shown in the listing. It was perfectly located in the heart of the old town. It is situated on the second floor over a very nice restaurant, with a patio overlooking a romantic and secluded garden at the back of the restaurant. The owner allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in, which gave us an opportunity to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Best place in Prague, bar none!

We arrived and were greeted by Ondřej Turek, our host. He took us to our beautiful room above the most delicious and elegant restaurant, Gardens. The smell from the kitchen and the beautiful garden setting made it a perfect home base for Prague.It is a very well located property that allows you to walk to everything with ease.At the end of a hustling and bustling city day, it was always pleasant to come home each day and walk through the quiet corridor that shares the restaurant. What a treat!Ondřej was very responsive to the questions we asked during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for anything more!Garden’s restaurant ending up being our favorite meal in Prague!I would highly recommend staying here on your visit to Prague!

Great Location for a stay in Prague

Our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) stayed here for 5 nights. The location is great. Very easy access to everything including restaurants, cafes, museums and public transportation. The property was very clean and had all the space our group needed. Access to the property is through a very nice restaurant, which is a little unusual, but once we figured it out, there were no issues at all. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed when preparing meals. The area was very quiet at night. Having a washer and dryer available was convenient. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Prague.

First time in Prague

Flat was in a great location and decorated well. Big, comfortable rooms. We walked to everything. Host was very responsive and helpful. One suggestion would be to put a plug in fan in each bedroom. It was over 33 (90F) each day and although the open windows helped, it was still hot at night - mire air flow would help.

Great location in center of Prague

Great place in the heart of Prague. Very clean and very nice having a washer/dryer. I agree with a comment made a year ago though, it needs more fans for air circulation. I was very hot (90F) outside and only one fan. There are no windows in one of the rooms so it can get very stuffy. Other than that I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Prague

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment in Prague. Big rooms with high ceilings, very clean and an excellent location. Communication with Ondrej was always very quick and thorough. Note that if you’re sharing with another couple - one of the bedrooms doesn’t have windows - just industrial glass - good to know in advance. We never really used the kitchen but if you’re planning to - not well equipped in terms of condiments, etc. but great plates, cups and utensils . Be sure to eat at Gardens - the restaurant just below the apartment.
