RECOMENDABLE!
El apartamento muy bonito. Moderno. Linda vista. Lo no tan bueno, es que hay tres niveles y muchas gradas en caracol. Y abrir la terraza es algo complicado, es a través de una pesada escotilla.

Buena localizacion y buen descanso
Muy buena localización para ir a pie a muchos sitios,apartamento muy nuevo y las camas muy cómodas,y decoración agradable. De los 3 apartamentos que reserve ,en 2 de ellos la colcha tenía manchas,y aunque hacían las habitaciones,se nos cayó,una botella al suelo, q limpiamos con papel ya que no había fregona y al día siguiente seguía sucio. Otra cosa q no me gusto fue q si descorres la cortina, al no tener visillo,pues no hay privacidad porque la calle es estrecha. Positivo es poder dejar las maletas al hacer el check out en recepción hasta más tarde. El personal de recepción agradable.

Inmejorable ubicación
Nuestra estancia en 4 arts suites fue de una semana. El apartamento disponía de todo lo necesario para nuestra comodidad, es amplio, cómodo y muy limpio. El personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es inmejorable. A 3 minutos andando de la plaza de la Ciudad Vieja. Totalmente recomendable.

Exclente Apart!!!
Nos toco un depto. hermoso, súper bien equipado. El personal del hotel super amable. Las habitaciones muy limpias, excelente la limpieza. Super importante posee buena calecfaccion asi como el agua caliente. La ubicación: Mejor imposible, cerca de la plaza cercana al Emporio Paladium Shoping.

Buen apartamento,locación perfecta.
El apartamento es perfecto,tanto por su locación como por su amplitud,limpieza y comodidad. La única pega que tuvimos fue a la hora del pago. En vez de cobrarnos en euros,nos dijeron que cobraban en coronas que salia igual y no es así. Hacen el cambio que ellos quieren y nos salió 30 euros mas caro del precio original.Así que hay que pagar en tu moneda.

Lovely apartment in Prague Old Town.
The apartment that I stayed is the Amadeus, it was everything very new and nice. I would definitely book this apartment again!

Perfecto excepto por la falta de control de temper
El hotel esta excelente en una super ubicación y muy cómodo. El personal de la recepción es especialmente amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El único inconveniente es que no tiene aire acondicionado y dormir con las ventanas abiertas es imposible con el ruido, así que en esposa de calor no es recomendable, ya que a pesar de que todo esta bien, terminas pasando una mala noche y con eso se pierde todo.

La ubicación excelente y las habitaciones hermosas y bien equipadas minimalistas con buen restaurante recorrí 8 ciudades y este hotel fue el mejor a dos cuadras de la cuidad vieja pienso regresar !

En pleno centro del casco histórico
Hotel muy agradable, con buen espacio en la habitación y cocina incorporada aparte para quien lo desee. Excelente ubicación por encontrarse en el casco histórico. El único pero que parece que se les olvido barrer el suelo el día anterior y hacernos la habitación el día en que estuvimos. Volvería de nuevo y lo recomendaría.

Overall great experience. Tv didn’t work day 1 and there was an extra tv on the floor in the kitchen area. TV was fixed day 2 which was great, but extra tv stayed on the floor in the unit. Other than that, it was a great stay for sure.

This place was awesome! So close to the Old Plaza and Astronomical Clock! 5 min walk from the Palladium Mall which is very modern and also has a large variety of stores. Every morning we would just wake up and walk out and immediately had a choice of coffee or restaurants to go to. Also the in unit clothes washer came in really handy to wash jeans, sweaters, etc. We used the oven to make pizza one night when we wanted to stay in. The king size bed was excellent! Really happy with the property and communication.

I tried to contact by email on arrival as there was no hot water! We were given 2 towels for a three day stay also tried to contact by phone for fresh towels but no contact on either occasion! Also no iron !

No check-in desk, but the contactless Check-in was pretty easy but unless you have European calling capability the only way to communicate with the desk is by email. A live chat feature or texting feature would be great.

Very clean, well equipped appartment. Well located, near from old town of Prague. We could walk through all the city. Main gate-door, metal, noisy when guests enter late at night and slam it.

Great property (Appt 24 - Amadeus). Easy access with no need to check-in / obtain keys (access is via a PIN or YourKey app). Very clean. No air-con, but stand-up fan provided was more than sufficient. Easily walkable to the Town Square, Charles Bridge and other sights.

This is an absolutely fantastic place! We had the loft with the balcony and what a tremendous place. Location was excellent as well as the email response when we had a question. Absolutely wonderful place to stay.

We had a very nice stay here with our 3 kids. It felt safe and close to literally everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We walked to many historical sights right from the apartment. Metro trains (2 minute walk) took us everywhere else.

Really nice if you focus on the place itself
A lot to go through, trying to be fair. The place is lovely, we had two main issues. One it's not their fault: we had stayed at a different hotel the previous nights in Prague (a really nice one for a lot less money) so the comparison was hard to avoid. The other one was a far from ideal customer service, I checked out of the other rooms 11am, was ready to head to this one around 1.30 to make sure I had time for everything and wanted to have all the info before heading there... but nothing. Really hard to get answers via email, taking forever, I had to call three times, hard to reach them... not convenient at all. Once we got here, yes, the place is nice, spacious, with kitchen and laundry, room upstairs, and the best part waiting another set of stairs up, in the little terrace. We did not enjoy it much as we had to leave early the next morning. The main reason I booked this one was for that view, for our final night of our vacation, and the view is really nice indeed. When I put it together with the cost of the place, the challenges of the check in process and getting the codes and all, not sure it is worth it for one night, maybe not that terrible (cause the place is nice) if you are going to stay longer. Btw, location was pretty good quiet enough in spite of being walking distance to old town, the room and bathroom nice, pillows great, etc.

Convenience to old part of Prague, close to everything of historical significance and, after a couple weeks in hotel rooms, these apartments were a blessing. Clean, secure and quiet. All one could ask for, I wish I could have stayed longer and I will choose them again if my journey leads me back to Prague!

Loved the apartment it was spotlessly clean. I would suggest having 2 pillow covers on the pillows regardless if there is only one or two people sleeping in the bed. The street outside can be noisy especially if you are a light sleeper but it wouldn't put me off staying here again.
