The only issue was the person in the front unit kept inviting people over every night and being super loud. There is only a door between the units and I feel some better sound proofing could be done because we heard everything. "Great home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our whole family to stay while in town for daughter's graduation. Highly recommend!"

"We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. "

"This property is beautiful, clean, the two of us girls felt very safe, it was comfortable, communication was great and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to be! On day 1 we watched the Fixer Upper episode (season 3, ep. 2) from the living room of the “brick house” which was so much fun! We did all things Magnolia, went antiquing and had pedicures in swings!Thanks for a great experience all around!"

"The communication was fast and easy from pre-booking until check-out. The house could use a few cosmetic repairs, but overall it was a nice house. We like to play games so the large table in the front was wonderful! Plenty of beds for everyone without feeling too cramped. Wonderful stay overall! "
