The minimalist apartment with an area of 60 m2 is equipped with original and designer custom-made furniture and equipment such as lighting.

The apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, fully equipped with the necessary dishes and a modern automatic coffee machine with a grinder and a kettle with different temperature modes to choose from and for heating water or maintaining it at a constant temperature.

The living room is divided into a seating area with a designer sofa, armchair, concrete coffee table, desk and flat-screen TV with cable TV; and a dining area with a round oak table and comfortable upholstered chairs.

The large bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, a very large, designer wardrobe with a makeup area.

The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. The levels have 120x200 cm mattresses.
Central heating and cooling system depending on the season.

The bathroom has a large and comfortable 90x100 cm cabin and a rain shower with three modes: handset, overhead rain shower and water jets. Guests are provided with high-quality bathrobes in which you can go to the pool area and bath towels. We do not offer pool towels.
