Everything about our stay was just perfect! This house has everything you need and everything else too! So well stocked and perfect for kids! Our group was so comfortable here and thought the property was absolutely breathtaking and so fun to explore!

Great place to make memories!

We had a small family reunion here and absolutely loved it. So many options provided for both outdoor and indoor fun, cooking/baking or grilling anything you could dream up, in an absolutely beautiful setting by a stream near the mountains. We hope to come back again someday!

Relaxing location!

The sound of tne burbling stream was so lovely. We had fun tubing right outside the door. Great place for a family reunion or a vacation with friends!

Family Vacation

Enjoyed the Rural Cattle Operation

This property was full of surprises at every turn and corner. We especially love staying beside a working cattle operation and the stream that runs through the back.

Kids loved it!

We came with 9 grandkids and they ALL loved it, something for everyone. The pond and floating down the creek- they didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room for everyone! We’ll definitely stay here again!!

Loved all the activities you have for kids, my baby sister had a blast and it was hard to even get her to leave for exploring the parks haha. The barn kitties were very sweet and the pond/creek was amazing as a photographer I had a great time photographing birds! The house was perfect for my big family we really appreciate all the work you have clearly put into the property.

Never want to leave !

This place was awesome. The animals, stream and the pond. this view was amazing.Woke up the first morning and had some awesome pictures of the sun rise . the mountains were beautiful with the early morning sun shining on them.This place was quiet and very relaxing the whole family enjoyed this place. Hope to go back again and enjoy family time.Also our baby girl got engaged there special memories hated to leave this awesome place.

Spacious and fun

The property was big enough to house 13 of us including 7 kids. The upstairs was a total kid zone and there was a lot of fun outside stuff. The kayaks and paddle boat were a big hit, as was playing in the creek. For fun town stuff, Cody and Powell are a short drive.

Loved it!

It was so much fun staying in this house! We enjoyed the creek and pond for fishing, kayaking and paddle boating. The cool evenings allowed us to use the fire pit one night. The house was outfitted with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for cooking, playing, and personal care. The scenery between the house and Cody and Yellowstone was so stunning we couldn’t stop gawking. We didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful Retreat!

Our group stayed here for a field trip to the Buffalo Bill Museum. We had 5 families, including grandparents, me the teacher, along with 4 rambunctious boys. Some of the students were finishing up a soccer tournament in Cody from Miles City, MT. Everyone had room to relax in the well-stocked house. We loved the views, the pond, and creek. The boys were so impressed with the toys and activities at the house that during our tour of the museum, all they wanted to do was go back and play!

Wedding Vacation

The house was the perfect size for our large group of 15 people. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also space to all hangout together. We had a wedding to attend in Cody WY and we all got ready with easy in the 4 bathrooms. The creek was an added bonus being able to listen to the water why we sat outside and enjoy the patio area. Everyone in our group was 14 years old and up. Our teenage kids all enjoyed their stay as well. Definitely would go back if we visited this area again.

Great place for the kids

The kids loved the outside play ground, the creek, the pond with the paddle boat and kayaks. The little ones loved the inside tree house and all the toys. Great place for bigger families. Loved that it had a washer and dryer so we didn't run out of cloths while we where there. Only thing I could say is it would be nice if they would do more trimming outside around the house but it didn't make a difference on what we were doing just would look more inviting. I would go back in a heart beat.

Family Reunion

This is a beautiful property that was able to accommodate our family. We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely love to return. We were surprised by the amount of pots & pans available for us to use as well as the spices and such. My grand niece loved the dinosaur costumes available for her to use among the other child related item. The gurgling creek off the patio was wonderfully relaxing to listen to and we spent quite a bit of time on the patio enjoying it. I don’t know how this could be improved upon.

WOW! The description of this place does not do it justice. It was secluded. It was spotless. It was huge. 4 bedrooms on the main floor and beds, beds, beds upstairs along with the indoor play area. The outside was awesome! Lots of time spent on the pond and on the patio. The littles and bigs loved swinging from the rope and jumping into the pond! The merry-go-round, the bikes, the trampoline and the sandy play area with hidden treasures for the littles to find were so fun for the kids. They even had fun hiding the treasures for the next littles to find! Our host, Mary Ann was so nice. She gave us privacy but answered our questions immediately. This place is just not a place to stay at night while you enjoy the area, it is a destination in itself!

Family Thanksgiving

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We had a huge group of kids and the playroom and garage were a huge hit for them! They all loved the merry-go-round in the garage and all the fun bikes they had. Upstairs the kids room was full of a variety of toys and a playhouse that was just so fun. The living area on main level was open so even if part of our group was relaxing on the couches and the rest of us were playing games, we were still together in one room. The pantry had every kitchen tool you could possibly need and the fact that they keep a small supply of food was amazing! We thought we wouldn’t have green bean casserole for thanksgiving BUT they had a stock of green beans so we were able to!! Overall we LOVED this house and would do it again in a heartbeat!! Next time during warmer weather so we can enjoy the perks of the pond and kayaks. The owners were so accommodating and communicated openly with us. We highly recommend this property!!

Awesome family reunion!!

Can not express in words how much fun our whole family had while staying here. The tree house playroom with dress up costumes was an adventure for the grand kids!! the adult kids had a blast with the kayaks and tubes!! So many fun memories made Thank You, only wish we could have stayed longer!

A little piece of heaven!

This place was an amazing house to stay! The pictures are deceiving, as it was even better than expected! Perfect for the half way point of our large family vacation to the Tetons, this house was a vacation all in itself. We were sad that we only had a 1 day, 2 night stay. It had so much room, was so comfortable, beyond stocked for cooking, beautiful patio to enjoy the mountain air and bubbling creek right outside the back door, the mountains surrounding the property were breathtaking, there were so many many fun things to do for little kids, and boats for the big people too! Did I mention the creek and pond?? Our family of 12 that stayed there did not want to leave. We are already planning a return trip to stay for a much longer time. Mary Ann was an excellent communicator, as well. So helpful and generous! We can't wait to come back!

Great place for families!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It is the perfect house for a family with children. The property it is on is beautiful. Every morning waking up to the sound of the creek right outside your door and a backyard view of the mountains. It was so perfect. The house manager was more than helpful. She responded to every question within minutes. And even mailed back a piece of jewelry we left behind. I would 100% recommend this property! I would give it more than five stars if I could!
