It's a beautiful property. We had 9 adults and nine children. Six boys (5 of them under 7) slept in the bunk bed room. They loved it. Great pool, great activities, not a dull moment. We will be back.

Unforgettable Weekend, Incredibly Property, 5 Star Service!

I arranged a trip for my boss and some of his oldest friends to get together over Memorial Day Wknd. We scoured every vacation rental in the country of similar size and w/ similar sports/entertainment amenities and none held a candle to this one. We worried that it couldn't possibly live up to our expectations, but boy were we wrong! The property itself is truly gorgeous, incredibly clean and impeccably well maintained. The concierge - amazing! Truly impressed w/ how she was able to make seemingly impossible last minute requests happen with ease. The property manager - super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Something I was particularly impressed by was the level of service. We had a couple bumpy moments, one day our fridge started to go out, another day the AC wasn't cooling on one side of the house. These things happen to everyone, but I was genuinely shocked by not only how quick they responded, but by how above and beyond they went to try and fix it. Within literally a couple hours (on Memorial Day weekend no less) they had brought us a new fridge and even transferred all the food and drinks for us. W/ the AC, again they literally arrived with a brand new portable AC unit within a couple hours and set it up. Things are always bound to "go wrong" in rentals. Knowing the team is SO dedicated to making it right, that they will show up w/ a solution within a couple hours on a holiday weekend, that's truly impressive!! Highly recommend!!!

Family reunion

We had an amazing stay with our family. There was something for everybody. The kids loved all the activities and the whiffle ball field was a huge hit for family ball game. Many lovely sitting area’s. Plenty of room for everybody to have space and privacy when wanted. The gold cart was very helpful for family members with limited walking ability. We will definitely be back.

An amazing property

This property is amazing! Everything is clean, there are plenty of towels and other supplies. All the games such as basketball, pickleball, baseball, poker etc. are fully equipped. The pool is warm and delightful. We used the BBQ and ate outside. We had our kids and grandkids with us. With all the activities there was no reason to leave the property. Great experience! Everyone loved it!!

Family "retreat"

We loved staying at this property!!!! The online description was totally accurate. The house was clean and organized. The kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were sooo comfy. We had pool towels galore and water toys as well. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with adults and kids. So were the rest of the never ending courts and activities in the grounds. Amazing...non stop fun. Special acknowledgement to the property manager, willing and available to answer our questions promptly and efficiently. Certainly, an experience to be repeated!!

Fantastic property and time

The property was beyond expectations. My only disappointment is that we didn't stay longer. Chelsey was great with any questions we had. It was impressive how pristine the property was for it's size. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone and hope to be back again.

Perfect place for sports enthusiasts

We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate a 50th birthday! Our sports fanatic, friends and family were in heaven all weekend and took full advantage of all the ranch had to offer. The managers/hosts have thought of every last detail. For a group of athletes and their families this was a dream weekend for us. The hosts were very responsive and accessible, checking in via text to make sure everything was going OK. We had so many of our guests say that they wanted to come back and rent this place for themselves. We absolutely loved it!

Fantastic Place

Truly a one-of-a-kind destination stay for a large group or family gathering. Terrific amenities for all ages. Expensive, for sure, but the property can easily house 5+ families and a great time was had by everyone.

This property was over the top in every respect. The house was the best equipped and best stocked in which we've ever held our family vacation. Ever drawer, cabinet, closet, was well marked and contained the supplies described. Entertaining a family of 12, ages 6 mo - 65 years, was a snap. Our property manager was always responsive and eager to please. Best of all, the property and all amenities were in tip top condition. We played ever game, enjoyed every sport, and even made up some new ones. If you love outdoor activities, if your family loves being together, if you wake up excited to take on the day, this is your place. To sum up our experience, this property and supporting staff made a most memorable experience filled with joy. We'll definitely be back.

There is not enough words to describe how beautiful/ wonderful this house is you have to see it to believe it . Felt like heaven on earth ☺️. Absolutely the best place to have vacation with family and kids . The best part that it’s all gated so you feel safe when kids are playing , pool covers for safety . Best Rental Property I've ever stayed at

This property is the best we've stayed at, hands down (through VRBO). Even in the weeks leading up to our trip, the management group was very prompt in answering our questions, supplying us with private chef options, and ensuring that our trip was going to be a smooth as possible. When we got to the property, it was immaculate and even better in person. Very rarely do we get what is advertised, and I can attest that every single amenity, bed, sport, was there. Lastly, huge shoutout to the property manager, Chelsey, for answering calls/texts during our stay, no matter the time!

Dream Weekend

The property was absolutely unbelievable and even exceeded the large expectations from the pictures. From the amazing pool/hot tub area and sauna to all the different activities around the property we never ran out of things to do. The property manager was super helpful and replied to any questions we had within seconds and even us helping get back the portable speaker we forgot at the property. Check-in and check-out were very easy and straight forward and could not recommend this place more!
