“Shades of the Earth” emerged as the name for the apartment upon observing its walls, textures, and patterns as a whole.<br><br>The interior design is intended to create an ideal space for rediscovering the harmony of nature.<br>The apartment<br>When you unpack your bags, you’ll discover a large sofa set against a backdrop of wallpaper and exotic lamps. Next to it is an elegant table for sharing meals and playing games.<br><br>In the bedroom, you’ll find a 160 cm x 200 cm bed with cozy sheets, blankets, and colorful pillows, complemented by a vintage-style armchair. A television is also within easy reach.<br><br>There is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, a kettle, a 2-burner induction cooktop, a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator, and all the utensils you’ll need for your meals.<br><br>Note: The sofa bed comes with a built-in mattress measuring 140 cm x 190 cm and 14 cm thick, suitable for two people.<br>Additional notes<br>Of all the beautiful cities in France, it was Bagnères-de-Bigorre that won us over when we took our first steps into the short-term apartment rental business. We wanted to design a range of apartments with character while also creating a unique and memorable experience for your stay.<br><br>• The apartment is located in the heart of Bagnères; we recommend taking the time to explore this ancient town, which is home to treasures and medieval ruins that give it a unique character and charm.<br>• Just a stone’s throw from Les Halles, the Bagnères market every Saturday is a special highlight for the town. It’s the day when all the local farmers and artisans showcase the fruits of their labor and, amid laughter and music, share the region’s delicacies.<br>• A 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the Aquensis baths, known as the “city of waters.” This thermal spa amazes visitors with its warm, inviting interior architecture, idyllic jet zones, hot tubs, and swimming pools. The entire space is illuminated in various hues and accompanied by underwater music.<br>• Just a short walk away, buses take us to “La Mongie,” one of the largest ski areas in the French Pyrenees, with hundreds of kilometers of trails for all skill levels to explore with family or friends. In addition to skiing, you can go sledding, take a torchlight hike, or enjoy the magical experience of a dog-sled ride.<br>• If you’d like to learn more about the mountains, flora, and fauna of the Pyrenees, you’ll be just a 25-minute drive from the Vertige de l’Adour, nestled in the heart of a wild canyon. There, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Pic du Midi, go rock climbing, take hikes, and have picnics along the streams. An ideal place to unwind.<br>• For sports and outdoor enthusiasts, you can enjoy several bike trails and opportunities for rafting, kayaking, golf, horseback riding, and much more.
