L'Espérance overlooking the Loire and vineyards 2

You will be staying in a mythical place in Pouilly sur Loire, the hotel restaurant L'Espérance. The old wedding hall in the backyard overlooking the vineyard and the Loire has been transformed into two comfortable apartments on one level. A covered terrace of 20m2 equipped will allow you to enjoy the view. A private courtyard will accommodate your vehicle. You will be 200 meters from the city center and its amenities. Go through the door, you will find a brand new equipped kitchen. A comfortable living room with its connected TV. Two bedrooms equipped for the first with a 160 bed and the second with two 80 beds that can be transformed into a 160 bed (let us know in this case for the hook and bed linen). A bathroom with a 90x120 walk-in shower including a washing machine and toilets. Go through the bay window in the living room, you can enjoy the covered terrace overlooking the vineyards and the Loire. A table and chairs for eating outside as well as garden furniture will welcome you to spend a good moment of relaxation in front of a good drink.
The private courtyard allows access to two vehicles. If you are on a motorbike you can park it under a closed shelter.
Access to the apartment, preferably before midnight, is by means of a key box. If necessary, you can contact us via messaging or phone.
No parties are allowed during your stay. On request and provided that the two apartments are rented by the same family, a family party can be organized in compliance with the rules of the neighborhood as the two terraces are communicating.
