Charming and relaxing

Charming and relaxing! Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful Lake Texoma home. Our boys were begging us to stay a few more days. I can hardly wait for the next opportunity to return to Camp Coffee. :)Our family certainly made some lifelong memories while there.It was very clean on the inside, great location and proximity to the shore. Beautifully decorated.

Great spot to enjoy Lake Texoma

Great place for our family of six! We enjoyed the access to the lake and the big back yard to throw the ball around in. The house itself is well appointed and designed perfectly. We enjoyed this unique stay in the A-frame and all of the family loved it for a variety of reasons. The rooms were just the right size and the upstairs loft was great for our boys. The areas to relax in the living room and outside porch were perfect. It's only about 20 minutes from Eisenhower State Park and 25 minutes from Denison/Sherman. Communication was very easy and the little neighborhood was very nice and safe. Thanks!

A for the A Frame

Charming, quiet, peaceful well decorated A frame home with amazing outdoor space. The back yard is a beautiful combination of forrest and rolling green that extends all the way to the lake. The sunrises are stunning. Comfortable bed - we slept in master facing the lake. Summer was truly a superhost- friendly, responsive and accommodating. Perfect getaway - highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

Perfect little weekend getaway. Quaint little stay that fits all of the needs for a quiet weekend away. Was just as advertised. Clean and accommodating. Loved the fire pit area. Was just what I needed for time away from our busy everyday life.

Fabulous!

Our family had the best week staying in this cozy little lake house. The A-frame design with large windows made it feel very spacious. It is beautifully furnished, stocked with everything you could need or want, and has super comfy beds. We loved watching the sun rise over the lake every morning, walking the nearby trails, and gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. It was a perfect week and we can't wait to come back!

Camp Coffee was a perfect place for our family!

Camp Coffee checked all of the boxes for us! The property is gorgeous. The interior was extremely clean and decorated perfectly. We felt safe in the neighborhood and loved the easy access to the lake. We will definitely be returning.

Peaceful Family Lake Vacation

We had an amazing peaceful lake vacation at Camp Coffee. We loved the proximity to the lake for swimming, paddleboarding, and fishing. The house is immaculately clean, well appointed, and very cozy. Morning coffee with a spectacular view was my personal favorite. 5 Stars, highly recommend. Cheers!

Cozy family getaway!

What a fun place for our family of 4 to visit. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. The view and the ability to walk to the lake from the backyard was priceless. Communication before arrival was so helpful and it didn't stop there because everything was labeled inside the house. Wondering how to turn on that light, there's a sign for it! We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

Perfect Getaway

I highly recommend this awesome waterfront property! My father, son and I were looking for a place to spend spring break on Lake Texoma. We found Camp Coffee and thought it looked like it would be perfect for some r&r/fishing. We were not disappointed, everything was as advertised. The views of the lake from the house are beautiful and the property is so peaceful and quiet. Camp Coffee is in a nice neighborhood and was clean and inviting. The house is tastefully decorated and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We travel to Texoma several times a year and are excited to have a new go-to place to stay.

Great location, beautiful waterfront

An incredible retreat with stunning waterfront access that offers sunrise views across the lake. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, featuring numerous cozy spots both indoors and outdoors. There are surprisingly good hiking trails just a 5-minute walk away.
