"Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. "We have just spent an amazing 5 nights here with friends ageing from 48 - 72 and a 14 year old. Carl was brilliant in communicating with me when I booked for the group and met us with a warm welcome on arrival. He gave a tour of the house giving us all the information we needed. "We stayed for just under 3 weeks and had a lovely stay. A really charming and cute little cottage, hidden away behind the main street in Kimbolton. Though the kitchen is very compact, the air fryer and induction stove meant we could make some meals, and everything else about the cottage is cozy and welcoming. The hosts are great, and Rebecca was always very swift to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommended."

"Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. It stank and the noise of the macerator and vent was horribly noisy. Paymán expected me to stay let a handyman try and fixit.he was due to get to me in an hour. I had arrived at 5:40 at 6:50they...
