"Excellent stay"

"Hotel muy bien situado, parquíng para aparcar sin problema y las habitaciones una pasada"

"The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked."

"A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style ."

"Hola, he estado en este hotel unos días para visitar a un familiar: El desayuno es muy bueno, la habitación está limpia y el trato es muy correcto. Queda un poco alejado del centro de Lincoln, pero se puede ir dando un paseo muy agradable."

"A truly lovely stay at a homely pub that was superb value for money, the staff were very helpful & friendly, will definitely visit again when in the area ."

"Good location for visiting the coast and the Broads."

"Loved it! Thank you!"

"What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x"

"Buen hotel con buen restaurante. Caro como todos en Inglaterra, pero muy correcto. Alejado del centro de la ciudad es necesario coche."

"Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

"Check in lento difícil parking"

"We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!"
