Gated parking lot and nearby elevator were very desirable features. Kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed & I was even able to borrow the iron to press a dress from my suitcase.

This unit is great. Coffee and cocktails on the deck looking out at the river. This unit had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for what we needed. Would stay here again.

This property was only 5 minutes from the event we attended making it ideal for us. The full kitchen was perfect for our needs and the pricing was very reasonable. Beautiful views made for a relaxing evening each day. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Sheets and beds were comfortable and clean. Starter cleaning supplies sufficient for our stay.

House Hunting

Moving back to the area and we’re lucky enough to find this great rental to decompress and talk about options. Quiet with amazing views and walking distance to great pubs. Would recommend to anyone.

Waking up the the views were worth it.

The condo was gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of restaurants around, go across the bridge to a great little beach. Kitchen and house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Would love to stay again.

Awesome property

Excellent location, beautiful view of the Spokane River. Very comfortable and well appointed condo. We had stayed in this complex before and we will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous!

This condo was everything we expected and more. It was comfortable, clean, roomy and within walking distance of a number of restaurant/pub type places. The weather was perfect during our stay and the view of the river was spectacular.

Spectacular river access

This is a great property to drink wine on the deck or coffee in the morning looking at the eagles and osprey flying over the river. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Thanksgiving

Entering the property was very easy. We were traveling with adult children and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed which was good because I was cooking a makeshift Thanksgiving dinner. The condo was just perfect for us, the living and dining area were very comfortable. We loved looking over the water and watching the wildlife even in November. We are in the area frequently and would definately stay there again.

Great River View

The highlight of this condo is the view of the river! It place was clean, conveniently located, had an elevator for my older mother and was quiet. We were sad to have to leave.

Comfortable convient condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view right on the Spokane River was lovely and serene with the mountains on the opposite shore. It was very quiet and yet close to Spokane and Couer d Alene. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Many places to eat in the area and we tried several. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect - Just Perfect!

I was searching for an adequate property for 4 of us to stay and conduct my father's "celebration of life." As a native of Post Falls, I was excited to find this property right on the river across from the park where I learned how to swim. From the beginning, communication was on point. When we arrived, everything was as described and depicted in the photos. If I were to nit-pick, we couldn't get Dish Network to work, but with the views and streaming services, so what. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Walking distance to Brewery, parks, damn (which was wide-open and like a little niagra). There is no pool/hot tub on the property, but the views are extraordinary and the condo was clean, furnished beatifully and shows care of ownership. Thank you to Vacation Rental Authority (and owners) for allowing us to stay in this wonderful place. We hope to be back and visit the area soon.

Needs Repair

Like the people before us! David needs fixin! First of all the deck and the building is under major deck repair! We didn’t feel safe going out there as it is supported by 4x4 due to rotting wood. there isn’t a cover and the furniture out there isn’t for lounging…. There are shades that need replaced and missing… the couch and love seat are very dirty! i used sheets to cover them! the bed was comfortable… I had reached out about the missing shade before we rented and the rental company said it was replaced,,, that isn’ttrue!

Great place

I really like the fact it has 2 bedrooms with king beds. That’s difficult to find. The 2nd bedroom is kind of small but all we did was sleep in it. The master is very large and has a great view of the river. Great river view from the living room too. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed. Kitchen is adequately supplied. I didn’t need anything I couldn’t find. More food containers would be nice. (Unless they were somewhere I didn’t look). Water heater didn’t keep up with the 4th shower but then again I’m used to an on demand at home so I’m spoiled. Front door is tricky to lock from the outside. Maybe instructions in your booklet on how to do it. Have stayed here before and will stay again.
