"We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. "For the price, this place was a really pleasant surprise. Had 6 people and a dog & we had plenty of room. TVs in the bedroom are nice, beds are comfortable, washer and dryer worked. "We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. "

"There were multiple issues with the house: entrance code did not work & we had to call our contact at 10 pm when we arrived, & it was never updated during our stay. The stationary entrance door does not lock properly. Many electrical outlets in the home were not functional, the water control valve in the downstairs shower would not work so we could not use that shower. The AC air filter was filthy and oven cleaner had been sprayed in the oven but never wiped out & cleaned. Overall, this...

"We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table."

"I didn't like my room at all, it smelled like cigarettes because my reservation said non-smoker. I talked to the reception and he told me that he didn't have any available to change it for me. I also booked for three people and they put the basics for two. I don't recommend it. The hotel is very neglected and the shower had a water drain. It didn't stop dripping. The water doesn't work for me."
