"We liked the private hot tub, especially since the weather was too cold to swim. The room had a kitchenette, which we appreciated since there's no room service and it was 20 minute walk to town. A car is definitely needed for Sao Miguel. The room was cleaned very well, but people aren't very careful and we could see stains on the sofa even though the hotel is relatively new. There was a somewhat small smart TV in the room, but it worked well. Breakfast was basic but included with the reservation...

"I’m just going to state the facts here. When we first arrived, the electronic keypad did not work. We had to communicate with the property manager. They were able to get housekeeping to come out and assist. They gave us the code to the system and it did not work. We were able to access the lockbox key and use it to get in. When we got in the housekeeper, showed that the door jam had been mangled from a previous visit and was probably the reason the electronic key did not work. When we gathered...

"This villa offers total privacy while being just a few minutes away from the vibrant town center of Carvoeiro. The property was clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. The pool area is fantastic for sunbathing and relaxing all day long. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"
