What a view!
We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need.

Lovely small cottage right on the water. Clean and well equipped. Can't beat the location and the beautiful deck looking over the bay.

Beautiful Cottage on Water
The house was beautiful and perfect for a small group. We spent most of our time on the back deck taking in the amazing views! The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the property owner was very responsive. The neighborhood also has several good local restaurants just steps away, and of course, everything that Newport has to offer is close by. We enjoyed are stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Cozy Mornings
We really enjoyed our stay in this little slice of heaven on our east coast trip. We love grabbing our coffee in the morning and sitting out on the back porch watching the water.

Peaceful location directly on water
