Window A/C units are in this room as well as both bedrooms ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Discover a serene main bedroom with queen bed & A/C. A fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials. Transition to the bathroom with rejuvenating stand-up shower and modern hardware. You will have full private access to the condo & balcony, as well as shared access to all outdoor areas such as the playground, pool & sauna.

Neighborhood Nest is just 10 minutes from the beach and vibrant downtown. Whether you`re here for a beach getaway, exploring the city, or just needing a peaceful retreat, this is the location for you!

Getting to RTE 1A is your key to the beaches. You are 10 minutes away from Rye Beach and a short drive from south from there to North Hampton Beach, Hampton Beach or even Salisbury Beach! You could also take the short drive to Maine and do some shopping in Kittery or hit the beach in York.

Parking is somewhat limited, we have just ONE covered & reserved spot for you. There are additional public spots but on a first come, first serve basis. We would recommend you bring just the one car, but you could reasonably bring a second car if needed.

The condo complex has a bunch of awesome amenities including a pool, sauna & playground. You are welcome to use them!
I ask that you keep noise to a minimum, even outside of quiet hours, so that everyone may enjoy their time here. No `parties` please.

A list of other, common sense stuff:
- Try to limit the amount of mud/sand/snow tracked into the house
- No smoking inside please
- No more than max guests listed may stay overnight
- Do not damage the property or it`s contents
- No illegal activity of any kind
- Notify me as soon as possible in case of emergency
- No Parties
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am
