I liked it as it was was close to the beach, and the boardwalk, but not on the highway. It was a bit confusing as to the office and parking being off site.

Bad experience

Well to be quite honest when we check in its not at the same location where we stayed at, so that should have been noted at the time of booking and not been small print on the way there i happen to check for details. The free parking was a joke so small that your passenger had to get out before parking. At check out, i went to the office and let them we no we were checking out and he wasnt friendly at all.

Great room for 20 bucks, but it was over 150. No heat, Thin blanket, no onsite parking. You need to go most of a mile down the road to check in/out. No cable TV. Look at the outside using Google street view, the inside is just as bad.

Exposed wiring, leaky faucet running all night, no parking on site.... have to walk 3 blocks to your car. Awful,, needs updating real bad.

There was bed bugs the shower was leaking and falling apart the parking was extremely difficult and inconvenient. The only positive part about this hotel is it was across the street from the beach.the room also smelled like cigarettes and said it was non smoking. I have 2 young children with asthma we all had a very hard time breathing in there the ac had mold in it and was filthy. Definitely will not ever be staying here again and do not recommend we also ended up checking out a day early cuz we couldn’t take the filth any longer.

It is a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Parking is kind of rough because it is so far away. But not a bad place to crash and go to the beach

Bring everything. There is a tiny microwave and tiny fridge. No plastic cups, no coffee maker and no coffee on premises, no hair dryer or shampoo. The worst part was no TP on arrival, although the guy cleaning and up keeping immediately brought it along with 2 plastic cups.

Horrible stay

Unit reeked of cigarettes, TV did not work, staff was very rude, key pickup and drop off location was very inconvenient. Crayon drawings on the wall, pillows were dirty, (although these pictures didn't come out great, see below.) No shampoo/conditioner/lotion to take a shower, but there was hair in the tub, so it didn't feel clean enough to shower anyway. Staff also told me to park in front of the unit, but at 6am the downstairs tenant banged on the door to tell me my car was about to be towed. Also, this is not a hotel and they do not have normal check-in/check-out procedures. Will not stay here again.

I thought that the old building was pretty neat. We couldn't figure out how to get the AC going, so it was a little cold, but otherwise it was fine.

Our stay was nice, the parking was a bit down the road which made it hard to unpack our luggage and carry it back to the room. We had to make several trips. The room was clean and newly renovated but the bathroom sink wouldn't drain the whole time we were there.....

Great private 2 bedroom style cottage

Family vacation decided last minute and found the room for 150 and we had a great comfortable stay at this cottage style motel room.. best part was the woman who lived downstairs that watched o we the property and was also the cleaning maid.. she was very friendly and willing t ok help with whatever we needed. Would definetly book again

The biggest problem was parking you have to park down the end of the road where you have no sight of your vehicle. Its about 1/4 mile down the street in a parking lot and to far to try and carry your luggage to the room. I used the parking lot next to property which I paid $30 to park so I could see my vehicle from the room and my disabled patient didnt have to struggle to get to and from the car. The floor in the living room has something sticking up out of it that they put duct tape over in which we keep hitting our toes on and my toe nail split and broke (OUCH) see photos. The floors are very dirty and our feet are black from it. They have not been mopped for a very long time. Fridge was dirty inside and does not get cold AT ALL. No phone, coffee machine or wifi. There are warped floors throughout and toilet seat is all chipped up. The bathroom mirror was spotted and you can tell it was not cleaned. The microwave smelled like burnt metal and was filthy inside and RUST EXPOSED on the inside door. Disappointed for the price they charge. I had to wait to check-in because they could not find the key Either. The photos provided of the room was not even for this room. The cherry on the top of the cake was the huge fight that broke out in front of the property with a bunch of drunk people screaming/fighting and the police had to be called. I provided my essential letter and they took it and did not give it back to me. They kept it. I wont stay here again.

Very inconvenient.Property far from check in spot.Thwy forgot to give us a key we had to walk back and both of us are disabled.Checking in at one spot parking at one spot suite anothpr spot.Not very clean

I would not recommend this place for renting.

The ceiling was stained and unfinished work was being done on it. It had water stains. Also a air duct was covered with duct tape.The ceiling fan was dirty as well was the towels for bathing, they were stained and were thinning, old.We didn't feel comfortable using them. We couldn't open up a window inthe main room it was closed with tape.

Very clean

Check in was a little weird as you have to go to a different location about 2 miles down the road but it was easy and they lady who checked me was very polite. I was not thrilled with the parking as it is a short walk from the house but was fine for us since we were just spending a night. Since its the off season there were only 4 cars in the parking lot and not a lot of people around. In the summer i would not like leaving my vehicle unattended in a unsecured public lot. The place overall was very clean and conveniently in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. I would stay here again for a night or 2

I didn’t like the dirty microwave, the fact that it wreaked like an ash tray Bitcoin it was a non smoking room and that the closet had an opening to an attic that was not shut and locked so I put the kitchen table in front of the door to feel a little more secure.
