"I stayed at Kootney Resorts for about 10 days for work and it was fantastic! Trish and Kyle were lovely hosts and tremendously helpful. Kyle in particular helped me repair some of my equipment, gave me all sorts of useful info on where to find things, and hooked me up withe the best cuisine in the area (he's a chef so he knows which places to eat). "Waw! Words can't express our experience at the two oceans villa, one must go and experiece for ones self. The children loved it! It was a good distance getting there but upon arriving we instantly felt at home. Having a rental is a must! Nathan the villa manager, was an excellent host, there only when you need him. Got to speak with the owners briefly and they seem to be as lovely as the home itself. Definitely a 5 star 🌟. We will be back. "

"We stayed at Ryan's property for 3 weeks while we explored beautiful Dominica. The place was very clean and well maintained. Check in was super easy and everything worked. The wifi was excellent. The apartment was quite comfortable with a sizeable deck overlooking Portsmouth Harbour and Cabrits National Park. Guadeluope is also visible in the distance. It's a little bit of a climb from the main road but the view is spectacular and definitely worth it. We would stay there again for sure."

"Very spacious, only one reasonable step outside, then all one level. Great views. Note that it is up a steep hill, if you don't plan to have a car. (That steep hill buys you those views!) Very large kitchen. A/C in bedrooms only, but that was more than enough. Small desk was great for doing a bit of work. Parking just outside the door. Strong Internet. Ryan was very responsive. Fantastic value for the price."

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

"Well maintained home with plenty of space. Sunrise and moonrises were spectacular. Decent grocery shopping in Calibishie but the best store we found was Savers Enterprise in Portsmouth. Safety & privacy were excellent. The house is sited in a way that no one can see and there is no other property "looking down" on you. Gweneth (mgr) told us the do's on dont's for safety at check in and Chris (owner) was very responsive to all inquiries."
