"Die Wohnungen R5 ist sehr schlecht geputzt gewesen, kaputte Gartenstühle, Besteck und Gläser nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen, keine Pfannen, alles riecht sehr alt und Dusche voller Schimmel, Außenanlage sehr unordentlich, Kinderdisco viel zu spät und zu laut (keine angenehme Lautstärke, sowieso für Kinder), Poolanlage soweit in Ordnung, Animation Mädels nicht besonders motiviert, jedoch hilfsbereit bei der Suche nach freien Liegen am Pool. "Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, toller Service seitens des Vermieters! Einmal in der Woche kam sogar eine Reinigungskraft, die die Wohnung gereinigt hat und die neu bezogen hat. Statt des Backofens war eine kleine Spülmaschine eingebaut, was uns super gefallen hat. Arredata egregiamente dalla proprietaria Antonella, con gusto e si vede che i mobili sono stati pensati uno a uno, e non semplicemente acquistati solo per fare bella figura. "Elfi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir sind schon sehr früh in Sottomarina angekommen und es wurde uns ermöglicht, schon in der früh um 7 Uhr einzuchecken. Die Wohnung ist absolut toll. In jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es gleich einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Dönerladen.Insgesamt waren wir zu sechst in dieser Wohnung zusammen mit unseren beiden Söhnen, sowie Oma und Opa. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der Altstadt prima, allerdings nicht den Angaben im Angebot entsprechend, sondern in der Corte Taccheo nahe dem Eingang zur Innenstadt.
