4 beds in a upstairs minisuite in a residential and quiet area

Sette Cuscini is a guest house, a newly built extra-hotel structure.
We decided to share our house, where we lived for many years and where our mother still lives, with those who want to stay in our country, Porto Recanati, both in summer but also in spring and autumn!
Bathrooms completely renovated. All electrical and plumbing systems have been updated and adapted to accommodate guests.

On the first floor of a terraced house there are two mini-suites each consisting of bathroom and two bedrooms: in particular the mini-suite Smeraldo has a total of 4 beds.

The entrance for guests is independent, from the garden, you go up to the first floor via a staircase (no elevator).
The patio and garden are areas available for guests.

Along Via Dante Alighieri there are many parking lots on the road.
The parking is free, free and of course not guarded.
In any case, we can contact you the morning of your arrival to agree on the time and try to keep a seat for you, occupying it with our cars and then handing it over to you when you arrive !

In the structure lives on the ground floor the mother who is available in case there are unforeseen or have needs.
I'm usually present at check-in.
In the event that it is not possible for me to receive, my mother will take care of it.

The building was subject to energy efficiency and redevelopment in 2023. The rooms are easy to air condition, cool in summer and warm in winter. All beds are equipped with wooden slats!

In our rooms we ask our guests not to smoke. We understand the needs of those who are used to it, but we have chosen to address ourselves to guests who like us do not like smoking.

Currently our mini suites do not have TVs.
We'll buy them as soon as possible. Who wants to be our guest in the period when the evening is not always pleasant to go out, will appreciate (soon) the TV service !

Ours is a guest house (and not a B&B) we are not qualified to provide food and drink, so we can not offer breakfast service. On the ground floor of access to the minisuite there is a kettle and coffee machine with pods available but if you want more we will be happy to point out excellent solutions to start your day in the best way.
