Muy buena estancia en Oporto!

Apartamento muy cómodo, bien equipado y bonito diseño y decoración. La atención de la propietaria ha sido excelente. Está situado a unos 15/20 minutos andando del centro. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia.

Apartment offers wonderfull facilites for either couples or families. Great kitchen with all cutlery necessary, even olive oil and spices are available for cooking. 2 Washing machines for clothing and dishes, plus oven, all nice and tidy, fully functional. Great smart TV, with Netflix and cable Tv, which we used a lot, since our 4 day stay, was for physical recovery. Other appliances such as iron and pressing board are available. Plenty of sunlight shines through the flat, even though windows are double glazed, some noise does come through, due to busy traffic at certain hours. Nice roof top for sun bathing, flat has lift as well for those with mobility problems. Sra Irene, the HOST, such a wonderfull person, who made our stay far more comfortable, fulfilling with so kind attention some minor situations of our last minute stay.

Bon sejour

Bon séjour dans l appartement. Très propre et bien aménagé. La terrasse sur le toit est très appréciable après une journée de marche. Irène est très gentille. Un petit point négatif pour le matelas (très mal au dos en se levant le matin).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, un appartement à la propreté irréprochable, belle déco, une hôte très sympa, aimable et qui, nous a été de bon conseilles. C'est très sympas de pouvoir monter sur la terrasse profiter du ciel où du soleil quand on est pas en vadrouille^^.

Great neighbourhood location

The property was exactly as advertised and lovely. The neighbourhood was great, friendly and safe with lots of options for groceries, baked goods, restaurants etc. An approx 20 min downhill walk to the river and the centre of Porto. Irene was fantastic. Due to Covid19 our plans changed quickly. We contacted Irene to see if checking in early was an option. Irene’s advice was to make our way to Porto from Spain ASAP as borders were rumoured to be closing and she had vacancy for us early. While we had 6 nights planned in Porto, we stayed 2 nights as our Government had requested all travellers repatriate ASAP. While we would have appreciated being reimbursed for those unused nights, we understand and are grateful for Irene’s guidance. We would not hesitate to book this location again, when health conditions in the World improve. Irene provided great communication and remained in contact with us by text while in Porto and upon our return home. Thank you Irene! Stay safe & healthy!

Irene ist eine absolut tolle und verständnisvolle Gastgeberin. Das Apartment liegt nicht weit weg der der City. Morgens Ein 15 Minutenlanger Spaziergang ist was feines. Oder man nimmt ein Bier fur 7€

Porto October 2019

We both had a fantastic time in Porto and have come home recommending it as a city break to everyone. Irene is a brilliant host and couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and well designed. It’s every bit as nice as the photos! Location wise we prefer to stay in a more residential districts and Lapa is just that, it’s close to two metro lines but we enjoyed getting lost wandering the streets of Porto most of the time. Meet were also lucky enough to make use of the roof terrace, despite it being late October! Thank you again Irene, we’d certainly come back and stay again! Chris and Danica x

Perfect little place

We loved our stay in Porto and felt the apartment was in the perfect spot. Quiet neighborhood with a nice walk to the city center and a short ride to the beach. Irene was a fantastic hostess and we appreciated all the nice touches.

Modern stylish apartment

The apartment is furnished and adorned with taste. You kitchen is well equipped, with some necessary basic stuff like olive oil or salt. The bathroom is small but functional, the bed comfortable. Irene is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the noisy road with busses, vans etc. So if you are sensitive to noise don't forget your ear plugs. Then you will have nothing to complain about.

Super clean and nice apartment a little bit away from centre of the city

A quite small but amazingly cozy and clean Appartement - perfect for two people. It is a little bit of a walk to the centre of the city but in turn you have a more quite environment.

Beautiful apartment felt like home

I stayed in the Luis 1 for most of the month of October 2018. It's a lovely modern apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully outfitted; comfortable bed; the whole place was very clean. Wish I had used the terrace more, but it was almost always hot and sunny up there (not that I'm complaining about the beautiful weather). The neighborhood is a nice mix of residences and small shops, convenient to downtown and other neighborhoods which are fun to explore. The best resource of this property is its manager, Irene. She was always available and helpful, very gracious and good humored. I had an excellent stay.

Great apartment in a very nice city

We stayed at this lovely apartment for a week last week. We found that everything we needed was provided, and our host/manager Irene (who is terrific) even went out to buy us a corkscrew when it was noticed that there wasn't one on the premises. The location of the apartment is a bit away from the heart of the city, and expect to do some walking,busing or "Ubering", but not a problem. There is a supermarket a short distance away, and several fantastic bakeries very close by. The terrace is wonderful for watching the city wake up or go to sleep, and perfect for hanging out after a day of exploring charming Porto. Thank you Irene for being such a good host!

Modernes, zentral gelegenes Appartment

Schönes, gut eingerichtetes Appartment in zentraler Lage. Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, welche von 2 Wohneinheiten genutzt wird. Sehr freundliche Unterstützung von Irene vor Ort. Empfehlenswert.

Lovely place, little confused about the billing.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The rooftop deck was fabulous Irene was very welcoming and helpful, the location was a little farther from the center than I thought, about 20+ mins walk, The bed was hard but some people like that. Everything was fine until checkout when we were asked for more money for taxes in cash! We should have been informed before hand not at check out, as we had already paid beforehand for the apartment through Vrbo . She was still texting is for more money even after we left. Too bad

Sehr lässige, moderne Wohnung im Herzen von Porto!

Wir waren zu dritt in Porto und haben bei Urban Views eine wunderbare Wohnung gefunden! Sie liegt sehr zentral (man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen oder per Bus - Haltestelle direkt gegenüber!) an einer befahrenen Straße: also richtig urbanes feeling! Die Dachterrasse (sie ist für beide Wohnungen im Haus nutzbar) ist der Hammer: hier hatten wir regelmäßig morgens unseren Frühstückskaffee oder auch mal einen kleinen Imbiss am Abend... extrem lässig! Parken kann man direkt an der Straße (regelmäßig Ticket lösen) oder es gibt nahegelegen eine Parkgarage. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind wunderbar. Das Bad ist etwas klein - aber sehr modern und sauber. Der Kontakt zu Irene ist unglaublich freundlich: sie stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite ... ob Tipps oder Hilfe, wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihr melden!

Perfect for my purposes

The apartment was cozy, modern, comfortable and well appointed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was good (I was working; it's about a 10 minute walk to the tourist areas in the city center). The upstairs terrace was a great feature. The host, Irene, was friendly and super helpful. I couldn't have been happier, a great home away from home. I'll stay again if it's available the next time I'm in Porto.
