Guests can choose between studios for 2 guests, a superior studio with a separate kitchen, and a duplex studio for up to 4 guests. Every unit features free Wi-Fi, cable TV, heating and ventilation, a kitchen or kitchenette with a refrigerator, a stovetop and a microwave, and a bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Some units also have a balcony.

A supermarket, traditional bakeries and cafés are within easy walking distance. Faria Guimarães Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away, with Avenida dos Aliados a 14-minute metro ride, while the Clérigos Tower, the Galerias de Paris nightlife area and São Bento Station are about a 20-minute walk. An airport shuttle to Porto Airport (under a 15-minute drive) can be arranged on request.
