Perfect Porto stay

We had a fabulous time in Porto and loved the location of our apartment. It was a great location, close to the river, all the sites and had amazing restaurants right outside the door. The recommendations by our hosts were 10/10, and they made the check-in process super easy. Would definitely stay there again if we ever get the chance to visit Porto again.

Right in the middle of EVERYTHING

As the title says, this lovely apt is right smack dab in the middle of everything. Convenient to all the attractions with easy access to Sao bento station. Hosts were responsive to all our questions and needs. Overall a great experience, we would absolutely book this location again.

Excellent stay

My wife and I had a great week in Porto. Location is central on the pedestrian street with plenty of the restaurants. However, the night life that was nice to observe from the small balcony, didn't disturbed our night sleep. Apartments are spacious and everything worked fine: no problems with high speed Internet (WiFi), or other utilities (I mentioned it because as a seasoned VRBO user I know that it is not always the case). Another thing that I want to mention that I got very clear check in and check out instructions that were easy to follow. Our hosts responded to our questions right away and we felt like we had friends in Porto that take very good care of us.

Great location!

Loved the apartment in old Porto! Literally in the middle of flower street and basically no cars - only people! We could be part of the action just in the apartment! An excellent restaurant a few steps away..Tracas- the grilled veal was amazing! The street was busy during the day & evening, but very quiet if doors of balcony were closed. Convenient to train station and most anything you’d want to see! Highly recommend..but must climb stairs, no elevator! Excellent communication with owners!

Fantastic Apartment

Beautiful Apartment in a fun location, very central to explore the sights. Lots of good eateries around. Our hosts we very communicative and helpful with our needs. Check in process excellent having host there to meet us. Would highly recommend staying here will be back if we return to Porto

The location was great, however the apartment definitely needs an upgrade to the lighting, as all lights were very dim. The condition of the couch was a bit sad and uncomfortable. The bed could really use a mattress topper for those of us who are a bit older. My wife would have appreciated a mirror by a power supply to blow dry and straighten her hair. Having said all that, we still enjoyed our stay in Porto.

In the heart of all the action

You could not ask for a better location. Everything you need and want is nearby or right under. The apt is adorable and well kept. The host is very attentive too. I will definitely return when we visit Porto again.

Wonderful stay at a great location!

We loved everything about our stay. Having stayed in multiple VRBO's over the past two months in Spain and Portugal, the welcome pack and quantity of towels, face cloths (rarely provided for some reason) and toiletries (one VRBO left us one role of toilet paper for a 10 day stay) was a welcomed surprise! The apartment was much bigger than we needed but with 95,000 visitors in town for the Mobile World Congress we were very happy to find this gem. One small issue arose when the kettle's auto shut off stopped working. This was resolved and a new kettle delivered in just a few hours! While televisions are not a major concern, the apartment has a nice smart TV with Netflix pre-loaded (always remember to LOG OUT when using someone else's TV). The WiFi was plenty fast and allowed us to easily communicate with family and friends. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Barcelona!

Would stay again!

Such a lovely apartment in a great location. The street is closed to cars and it is no nice to walk out and stroll. Convenient to all the sites. We walked everywhere. Communication was superb and they offered to arrange transport from the airport which was one less thing to worry about. If you are taking a train, it is extremely close to Sao Bento train station. Very clean and spacious for a one bedroom. Would stay again.

Awesome property and location

So easy to walk everywhere in Porto. Located on busy street. Super fun but neighborhood is busy into wee hours. Bring ear plugs if noise bothers you as there is no AC and window must be open. There are two windows but only one works.

Lovely apartment in fabulous location!

In one of Porto's top tourist hotspots, the apartment is in easy walking distance of most of the city's many attractions. It is spacious, well-appointed and comfortable, with big windows and good views. The street can get very noisy, but the acoustic glass windows deal with it incredibly well. On the other hand, there's so much music in the street that it's like getting a free concert. Cristina, Paula and Joao were very good hosts - helpful, good communicators and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay!

Husband and I spent 2 1/2 weeks in an apartment here. Glorious! The apartment looked out over the pedestrian-only street filled with happy voices, street musicians and beautiful sights. Located over a Nutella and waffle shop meant the only street aromas were mild and actually quite appealing. Furnishings were very comfortable and attractive. Close the doors to the outside, silence, even on busy weekends. Location- perfect! Many restaurants and shops close by. Minutes to Metro, train, mini preco and laundromat. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Thank you! Wonderful stay!

So close to everything ; very comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Porto property. Everything we needed was right outside our doorstep or a short walk away. The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our short stay. The hosts were wonderful. We would stay again.

Excellent location.

We enjoyed Porto very much. Everything was pleasant(even with the rain), the people, the food and the shops. The apartment is in an excellent location. The walk is rigorous but we walk at our pace.

Charming and central

Nice, central location on a pretty street. Christina and João were exceptional hosts, meeting us at the apartment and chatting and making recommendations. Added doors to the balcony to block sound from the street worked wonderfully. Apartment is less than 5 minute walk from the river and easy to get to from the train or metro.
