Apartamento muy confortable en ubicación excelente

Hemos pasado la semana santa allí y ha sido todo perfecto. La atención de Ani a la llegada un 10. Nos facilitó mucha información y estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia. El apartamento muy cómodo para 4 personas. Con todo lo necesario. Las camas excelentes. Pero lo mejor de todo es que está ubicado en el punto central del centro histórico, con lo que tardábamos pocos minutos en llegar a cualquier lugar de interés. Muy recomendable!

Apartamento muy bonito, limpio y con todas las comodidades... Los dueños súper majos y muy atentos. Aunque el barrio no es lo mejor del mundo... en 15 segundos (desde que sales del portal) estás en la calle principal. Por tanto, muy bjej situado para visitar la zona del río y la zona más alta de Oporto. Merece muy mucho la pena!!!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable for two. It's located right in the middle of town, only steps from a few wine bars and restraunts. We enjoyed walking up and down the small side streets to find new shops and restaurants. The host, Ani, was very helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend staying here while in Porto.

Very disappointed

Overall good location but because of the high temperatures currently in Porto, the apartment was unbearable. Two fans in constant use barely made a difference - sweating all night is not my idea of comfort. Because of the smoking from adjacent apartments and noise from the street, it was impossible to leave windows open. No ceiling fans either - ridiculous. This unit was priced only 20 less than a 5 star hotel we were able to transfer to which includes a suite, beach access, elevator, A/C, breakfast included, 2 pools, etc. We recommend due diligence before booking this highly overpriced and overrated apartment. We had to vehemently complain to get released early from this booking. Owner finally gave us a partial refund but it was a huge disappointment all around. Owner even wanted more tax paid at the end than was advertised on her website- a complete misrepresentation. If you book this place, good luck trying to use Uber. Street is so narrow most, if not all, drivers will refuse to drive here.

Spacious and Great Location

The apartment was is the perfect location for our daytime activities and evening dinners. There was a small grocery within a 5 minute walk. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and having access to laundry was wonderful. The listing does state there is a hot tub, but there is not one on site.Ani made check in easy with the key available in a lock box and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again if back in Porto.

Perfect location and very stylish!

Loved staying at Porto Insight apartment, the location was very new Sao Bento metro and bus stations with lots of restaurants nearby. Also close to the Cathedral which is a must see. Ani our host have lots of recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Loved it!

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Porto! The apartment was very clean and modern and is one of my favorite apartments I have stayed in while travelling. Not only was the place nice, but the location was absolutely perfect. There's a wine bar and amazing restaurant right across the street and all of the major sites and attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Ideal old town flat

The flat is well appointed and in a great location for exploring Porto on foot. In addition to the wine bar which is directly outside the front door, we enjoyed the restaurant, Orpheu, which is a stone’s throw away on the same street. You can time your visit by checking the queue from the flat’s excellent balcony. You’ll have to walk a whole additional minute to get to Castro for some outstanding pastel de nata. Ani’s communication and tips were excellent and gratefully received. If I’ve encountered a more helpful host in my lifetime, I can’t remember them!

Great location and great apartment

We traveled as 3 male friends. There was a double bed and 2 single beds which was perfect. The host left us welcoming port and pastries which was a nice touch. As well as wine we could purchase for 10 per bottle. The location of the apartment was perfect - a short walk from Sao Bento station and all the rest of the old city. Thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful Stay in Porto

Our host, Ani, was the best. She met us at the apartment and explained every detail of the apartment and gave us great advice on where to go and what to see during our stay. She stayed in contact with us during the week to assure all was going well on our trip. The apartment was also perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was great. We could walk to all the sights and restaurants. Definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Porto.

The apartment was wonderful - very modern and spacious. Ani welcomed us and shared the details of the apartment when we arrived. It was very central to the sites and restaurants of Porto. It is located in a significant hill and up two flights of stairs (no elevator) so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic Porto stay with the best Host you could ask for

Having stayed in many rentals over the years this exceeded expectations from start to finish. Ani the owner truly treats you like family, and is the most helpful host we have ever had. Very responsive and provided a detailed breakdown of the City which really helped for our short 3 night stay. I would 100 percent rent from her again and recommend the property to friends and family.When I first booked the place many months ago it looked great, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find it newly remodeled and beautiful on the inside. It was very quiet inside even in a busy area, and had smart design ideas to help make that possible. Not a single complaint it worked great for us and was in a safe and high traffic party of the city with great food and wine only steps away.Ani thanks again for everything you were more of a friend then a host and we appreciate it all!

Great location & comfortable too

We stayed at this lovely apartment in Lisbon for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The host, Ani, was fantastic—she was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The apartment was well-equipped, featuring a washing machine and drying rack that worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were tastefully furnished, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. That said, we primarily used the apartment as a place to rest, as we spent most of our waking hours exploring Lisbon. The location of the apartment was ideal, making it easy to visit the city’s top attractions and enjoy the abundance of charming cafés around every corner. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment, Ani as a host, and the vibrant city of Lisbon itself. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

Ideal apartment in every way

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at Ani's beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect - amazing location handy for walking everywhere, close to the action but calm and quiet on its quaint cobbled street. The property is just like the photos - clean, well-designed and comfortable. Ani was so lovely and went out of her way to welcome us with personal recommendations and advice for activities, sightseeing and dining. Amazing Porto Property with Wonderful Host!

This adorable apartment was perfectly located, beautifully decorated, clean, and charming. The amenities are exactly as described and the photos perfectly reflect the apartment. The neighborhood is central to everything: restaurants, bars, and all the sites. It's also close to the Douro river and Dom Luís bridge for gorgeous views and photo ops. Property manager Ani was extremely hospitable, helpful, and a wealth of information about Porto and things to see. She also welcomed us with some locally made Port and a lovely cake she made herself. We could not have asked for a more gracious host and best first visit to Porto! Thanks you, Ani! We'll be back.
