Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Enjoy stunning sea views from the 1st floor.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant Foz do Douro, a charming coastal neighborhood where our apartment is located. Just steps away, you'll find the stunning beaches of Luz and Ourigo, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Delight in the variety of restaurants offering everything from international cuisine to traditional Portuguese dishes. Explore the Foz Market, a vibrant place to discover local produce and delicacies. The area is also known for its sophisticated boutiques and art galleries, ideal for a stroll. The waterfront promenade invites you to walk, cycle, or simply relax on a terrace overlooking the sea. For those seeking culture, Porto's downtown is just a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to public transport, including buses a one-minute walk away.



Getting Around:

To facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The apartment is well connected to the public transport network, with several bus and metro options nearby. Porto Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15-minute drive away or can be reached by public transport, with journey times varying depending on the route and traffic.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



In case of lost keys, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be upon request.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150. If the limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry to a team member to carry out an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
