The Space:

The apartment features a spacious central terrace, perfect for relaxing. There are two en-suite bedrooms: one with a Queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. If you book for 5 people, we will add an extra single's bed to accommodate the 5th person.



The living room is comfortable and inviting, while the kitchen comes fully equipped with a dining table. There is also an additional guest bathroom stocked with all amenities.



For your comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with cable channels, and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both en-suite bedrooms, the guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, the living area, and the terrace. Make yourself at home and enjoy all our amenities, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a full kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on the vibrant Rua de Santo Ildefonso, right in the heart of Porto. Just steps away, you’ll find a variety of renowned restaurants and bars, especially in the lively Poveiros area. For an authentic gastronomic experience, don’t miss local favorites like Casa Guedes, O Buraquinho, Venham Mais 5, or Escondidinho.



Getting around is easy: the Bolhão metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. Within walking distance, you can explore the historic Ribeira district, cross the iconic Luís I Bridge, stroll along the Gaia riverside, and enjoy a Port wine tasting at the famous cellars.



For a scenic day trip, catch the 500 bus from São Bento Station; it follows a beautiful route along the Douro River all the way to the Foz oceanfront and Matosinhos beaches.



Getting Around:

Located in the heart of Porto, this apartment offers easy access to public transport and the city's main landmarks. Both Bolhão and Campo 24 de Agosto metro stations are just a 5-minute walk away, providing quick connections across the city and directly to the airport.



For those traveling by car, paid parking is available nearby. The famous Avenida dos Aliados is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the popular Rua de Santa Catarina is just 5 minutes from your doorstep—making it the perfect base for exploring the city.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

House Rules & Fees :

Smoking Policy

There is a zero-tolerance policyfor smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.



Late Check-Out

If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



Lost or Forgotten Keys

- Lost keys: A replacement fee will be charged (cost upon request).

- Keys left inside the apartment: A €40 fee will apply for our team’s assistance after 7:00 PM.

- Keys left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention): Cost upon request.



Utility Limit for Long Stays (28+ nights)

For stays 28 nights or longer, utility costs (water, electricity, internet/TV package) are capped at €190. Any exceeding amount will be charged to the guest.



Property Inspections

The tenant agrees to allow the host’s representative to enter the property upon request for inspections. Monthly visits are scheduled for this purpose.



Important Notice

There is ongoing construction near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and may impact your stay. We prioritize **transparency** to ensure that guest expectations are met.
