Our host was very responsive, which helped, since this was our first trip to Porto. Great location and everything we wanted was very accessible. This was our third stop during our stay in Portugal and having the luxury of a Vrbo and a washing machine was a real plus. Excellent value for the money. Not large but very efficient.

Perfect level of equipment in an absolutely perfect location for the two of us. The host was excellent and we used the transfer partner to and from the airport (again, excellent). We will be using this wonderful apartment again when we return to Porto

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well located right in the heart of Porto, very close to the train station, tons of great restaurants and walking distance to many attractions. It was very clean and modern. We would definitely recommend.

An adorable, clean, modern, small studio in the heart of Porto. You are steps from the busy streets, alleys, cafes, shops and restaurants. And the whole scene plays out in front of you right outside your small balcony. Speaking of that scene, there is a wonderful restaurant, Impar Flores, right across the alley and people line up early. We drove into town from Lisbon and due to an insane amount of street construction, finding the place was quite challenging. The written directions were tough to follow. A map of the complex and precisely where the apartment is, would be very helpful. As of this writing there is not a good AC option, there is a portable unit but that requires leaving the door open and it is quite loud outside. Susete explained that she has been experiencing delays in getting a true unit installed. If you visit in the summer, check to see the progress of the installation.This was out first visit to Porto and it is a wonderful, beautiful city. And do not leave without having Franchesina!

The location couldn’t be better! It was perfectly situated for sightseeing and great nearby restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the few times it was a little warm and we used the AC, it cooled down the apartment very quickly. We were able to check in a little bit earlier than scheduled which was very appreciated. They helped us arrange airport transfer which was also really helpful. Highly recommend!

The room is in the heart of Porto. It was incredibly clean. While there is a big of noise outside, everything clears out by 11 and then it's quiet. However, if you're an early bird you can easily close the large shutter doors to drown out any news. The only issue we had was getting in to the garage, where we parked our car, and then into our apt. The codes can be tough at night and there is a lot of road work being done there and that day both roads were closed so we had to try to talk to the policia to let us in. But that isn't due to Susete. Her place was wonderful and she was very responsive. A great place to stay in the heart of Porto.

Don't be fooled by the advertised air conditioning, you will be gravely disappointed. There's a floor unit, you opened the floor to ceiling doors and put the exhaust hose out the door. So while a trickle of cool air is coming from the unit a blast of hot air comes through to the apartment. Instructions to enty are so confusing and complicated even my driver couldn't figure them out. This being said, great location for sight seeing and was very clean.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to major tourist attractions, restaurants, nightlife and train stations. The host sent us some excellent recommendations for food. Although the apartment is on a busy street, noise was never an issue for us. Yes, it can be busy during the day, but once the restaurants close in the evening, it was actually very quiet. We enjoyed the balcony and viewing the historic street below. The host was very quick to respond and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location

The apartment is a wonderful location. Perfect space for two. But it's not really air conditioned. It's a unit that has to go out the door, so you have to have the terrace door opened when it's running and the street is very loud.

An Awesome Place

We absolutely loved this location and little apartment. Although on a busy street, when you closed all of the doors on the little balconies, the sound was almost completely blocked. The apartment had all the amenities anyone would ever need to have a wonderful stay in Porto. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Susete was able to answer all of our questions and always responded in a timely manner. The place was very clean and the tub was excellent for someone who enjoys a bath! Loved our little home for the week. Loved Porto!
