An adorable, clean, modern, small studio in the heart of Porto. You are steps from the busy streets, alleys, cafes, shops and restaurants. And the whole scene plays out in front of you right outside your small balcony. Speaking of that scene, there is a wonderful restaurant, Impar Flores, right across the alley and people line up early. We drove into town from Lisbon and due to an insane amount of street construction, finding the place was quite challenging. The written directions were tough to follow. A map of the complex and precisely where the apartment is, would be very helpful. As of this writing there is not a good AC option, there is a portable unit but that requires leaving the door open and it is quite loud outside. Susete explained that she has been experiencing delays in getting a true unit installed. If you visit in the summer, check to see the progress of the installation. This was out first visit to Porto and it is a wonderful, beautiful city. And do not leave without having Franchesina!
