The apartment has a bedroom with air conditioning, balcony and a double bed.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with shower and one social.

￫ Living Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a sofa, and offers abundant sunlight coming from the terrace.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Terrace
With a pleasant outdoor area to enjoy some Port Wine, the terrace offers a relaxing setting.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The parish of Bonfim is the latest in the city of Porto, strongly marked by the industrialization of the century XIX, being an area with a large agglomeration of factories and workers, still maintains the industrial environment.
A short distance from the apartment you can find, the Church of Bonfim or Church Senhor do Bonfim, is an old chapel being nowadays one of the most beautiful and emblematic churches in Porto. It is located on Bonfim Hill, where the old Roman road that used to connect Porto to Valongo passed.

If you are traveling by plane from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, there are a few options to go to the property.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is the metro journey and the nearest station to the apartment is the ''Heroísmo'' station.

￫ Cars
Taxi or Uber is also a possibility, but if you want a faster and easier arrival, you should contact us so that we can arrange a transfer service that awaits you at the airport (subject to additional charge).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
