This stylish and cozy apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to 4 guests in Porto. Newly built in 2026, it combines modern design, plenty of natural light and a minimalist style, providing the perfect retreat after a day exploring the city.

Step into the light-filled living area, where a modern gray sectional sofa creates the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The sleek flat-screen TV invites you to enjoy a cozy movie night, while the adjacent dining area features a round table and upholstered chairs, providing a comfortable space to share meals together.

The compact, open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the essential cooking utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner, you'll find everything you need close at hand.

Head up to the mezzanine loft, where a comfortable double bed and ambient lighting create a cozy and peaceful sleeping area. With its minimalist charm, this space offers a relaxing retreat after a busy day in the city. The open wardrobe provides convenient storage for your clothes and belongings throughout your stay.

The modern bathroom features a refreshing shower, with fluffy towels and a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

Please note: The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator access. Guests must use the stairs to reach the property.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, located on the 2nd floor. Please note there is no elevator, so be prepared for stair access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable apartment in Porto, located in the historic Massarelos area, where the tranquillity of old pathways meets the beauty of the Douro River. Nearby, Campo do Rou is one of Porto’s most fascinating hidden gems, preserving the charm of a peaceful rural village. Its name reflects an old northern Portuguese expression for silence (“shh!”), earning it the nickname “Field of Silence.” Explore the charming Caminhos do Romântico, stroll through the Crystal Palace Gardens, discover the history of the trams at the Tram Museum, or enjoy a relaxing walk by the river. This is an excellent base to discover a more authentic and peaceful side of the city, while still visiting iconic places such as Ribeira do Porto and the Dom Luís I Bridge.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stops are approximately a 2–5 minute walk away, with connections to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
