This delightful 25m² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is located on the 1st floor, and the building does not have an elevator.

It is designed with a modern and elegant style with tall windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchenette provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, a microwave and a coffee maker.

The sleeping area is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a little terrace, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This quiet corner of Porto offers a glimpse into the city’s more historic and authentic side. With its steep, narrow lanes and traditional buildings, the area feels deeply rooted in the past, yet remains just a short walk from key landmarks like the Sé Cathedral and the Douro riverfront. It's a peaceful spot where visitors can admire the blend of medieval charm and daily local life.

From here, it's easy to explore the city's heritage, whether heading toward Ribeira’s colourful facades or climbing to viewpoints that reveal sweeping vistas over the rooftops and river. The nearby streets are dotted with small cafés and family-run eateries, perfect for a relaxed meal or a quiet coffee. It’s an ideal setting for travellers who enjoy exploring history at their own pace.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just a 600-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
